Cry Baby II A Mirror Lake Starter
Do not cry over a picture of your own bunny.
But look at her! Look how cute she is! Look at her little binkies!
We’re in public. We can’t be crying in public. Put the video away. We’re in a bar. Why are we looking at a video of our own bunny running while in a bar?
We both know why.
Cassandra really missed New Haven. She had friends back there. Michelle was the cutest. She would have dragged Cassandra out on the dance floor, and after a couple of drinks, they would have gotten an uber, bought too much taco bell, and then watched documentaries at Cassandra’s place until they both passed out.
With one more glance at Luna, Cassandra stuffed her phone in her pocket before looking around for someone to talk to that looked personable. Someone that looked like they wouldn’t kill her if she approached them. When she saw someone with a drink she thought she knew, she ordered their drink, and then she walked up to them and offered the drink. “Umm... I saw you drinking... that... and I just thought... I’d be neighborly and get you another drink. Did I umm... did I get it right? I can get you another.”
If you cry, we’re going to go home.
