27 — What are some assumptions others make about your OC? Are any of them true?

I HAVE noticed that when other people draw her now, she’s usually depicted as a lot…. angrier??? than she actually is. I think that’s because I tend to talk about a lot of her flaws more than I used to, but like….. in reality she’s really not an angry girl at all. she’s just more reserved & blunt & easily flustered, & when she’s flustered, she’s prone to having an occasional outburst. she doesn’t know how to handle overwhelming feelings due to her isolated upbringing, which frustrates her, but 75% of the time she’s totally chill; especially after she begins dating Josuke. he balances her out well.

she’s very much a “do no harm but take no bullshit” kinda gal.

37 — What is the most common feeling or emotion in your OC's life?

as previously mentioned, she’s not the most outwardly emotional gal……. until she is. frustration (NOT ANGER) primarily caused by emotional or physical overstimulation is probably the most common.

40 — What is your OC afraid of?

being all alone again / losing the people she cares about, specifically Josuke & her mamma 🥲 that’s her biggest fear ever.

more lightheartedly, she’s terrified of driving. you will never catch this girl driving a car.

45 — Does your OC keep their promises? Have they ever broken one before?

Aeka, regrettably, doesn’t believe in the concept of promises LMFAO. if you’re gonna promise her something, she’s gonna make you sign a contract holding you to your word, otherwise it doesn’t mean shit to her. these trust issues stem from her mamma, who also stopped believing in promises, after Aeka’s father never came back from Italy. that’s why Aeka’s so skeptical of everything & takes a bit to get close to people.

she does break a lot of promises as a result, sadly. “I promise” to her is basically only used for emphasis & means “there’s a 75% chance I’ll actually do it”.

27 — What are some assumptions others make about your OC? Are any of them true?

do people….. think about Misae……. do people other than me perceive her…….. Genuine question because I know the general public really loves her / her design but I don’t think I’ve ever actually talked to anyone directly about her??? regardless;

uuuuuuuh idk….. but if anyone ever thinks of her as a fucking bimbo I’m going to publicly castrate you. yes, she’s a girly party girl. yes, she spends half of her life at the beach. yes, 99% of her vocabulary is slang. but she is NOT an idiot & I need to make that VERY CLEAR before ANYONE EVER ASSUMES SO.

she’s very caring & outgoing & fun & she uses that to mask her crippling internal sadness underneath Okay. she throws herself into her vices because she thinks too MUCH not too little. ily mimi I’m sorry I keep making u suffer I don’t mean it I promise

37 — What is the most common feeling or emotion in your OC's life?

boredom. motherfucker is eternally bored by literally everything except music & photography (me too dude). he’s a little impulsive, sure, but he’s not reckless & doesn’t thrillseek; he just lives with his boredom & indulges in his hobbies 24/7 to quell it. that’s half of why he skips school so often; he’s fucking BORED there & doesn’t see a point to prioritizing it over doing the things he loves. if his grandma wouldn’t kill him for it, he’d 100000% have just dropped out by now.

40 — What is your OC afraid of?

vulnerability. this is the quietest most emotionally constipated & private man you’ll ever meet. he fr gives Jotaro a run for his money. nothing even really happened in his childhood to cause this though, he comes from a beautiful loving drama-free family, he’s just built like this 😭. that’s why he went over a DECADE never making any kind of move on Akira, his childhood bff who’s literally been obsessed with him for their entire friendship.

lighthearted answer: spiders & flying bugs. he’s chill with most crawly bugs, he was the kid who’d hoard fuzzy caterpillars at recess, but euuuuckk spiders & flying bugs freak him out. whenever there’s one in the apartment, he either sticks Suiri or his kitty (if it’s not poisonous) on it, orrrrrr tries to burn it with his stand without burning everything else down with it.

lighthearted answer II: accidentally burning the apartment down with his stand & losing all his photography equipment + drum kit. he’d actually crash out if he did. like. no one would be safe.

45 — Does your OC keep their promises? Have they ever broken one before?

generally, he’s a very very reliable dude when it comes to promises. he’ll always try to keep his word & get things done in a timely manner. of course, he won’t sacrifice himself to keep a promise, but if it’s something he can do without compromising much, then he’ll make sure to do it.

the only person he’s ever really halfheartedly made promises he couldn’t keep to is his little sister (yes…. he has a sister. that I’ve literally never mentioned until now. but she’s been in his notes for yeaaaaaars). she’s always looked up to him a lot, but he sucks at letting people get close, so he never really bonded with her much as a teenager. later on, that’s the one thing he really regrets, & once he mellows out some as an adult they do get a lot closer.
