If I wrote a series of short stories in 5 stages from comedy to horror, would anyone be interested? Like the first short story is mostly comedy, but the creepy factor intensifies story by story?

A bullet hell game, where most of the upgrades give you additional guns, other ships that fly next to yours, etc, so you're firing more bullets. Each upgrade makes your ship bigger and more sluggish while enemies get smaller and more agile. By the time of the final boss, you can barely move your ship side to side. Clicking the fire button shoots an uninterruptible pattern of attacks that lasts nearly a minute. And your final battle is against a small ship with a single gun, that looks just like you did back in level one...

Just a small idea

So in myth, Ouranos imprisoned his children. I don't think it was stated if Pontus' (Gaia's other creation and was said to be the sea itself) children were also imprisoned so I had this idea. Ouranos imprisoned his children and and the other titans however Pontus' children were allowed to live in the surface because Pontus wasn't having it just as long as they stay in line.

During Kronos' quest there's this awkward run in with them(Nereus, Ceto, Thaumas, Eurybia and Phorcys) and Kronos is super bitter when he found out. He just assumed that they were also imprisoned in another place in tartarus, they ended up not helping in the end due to fear.

au where the flecs have a secret weapon: the first of what will be many posts about random ideas i don't like enough to really commit to but still wanna share

okay so this one's a bit messy and overly dramatic/angsty which is why im not gonna write it, but bear with me

with that out of the way,

the flecs actually have a pretty agressive arsenal to "deal with escapees," so after mace and sieve chase lake & co. for a while and realize she's not gonna be as easy as the others, they break out the big guns, so to speak.

i think they either have a flec who's able to shape shift, or they just give a special assignment to a recycled reflection. their task? impersonate jesse to trick lake and capture her.

this shape shifter is able to copy voices and mannerisms down to a T, i mean they're a reflection. and oh yeah, they're a scary good actor.

first, they lure jesse and AD away from lake. maybe the shape shifter impersonates lake first, maybe they just find another way to separate them. either way, lake's actually been traveling the ~impostor~ for the past few cars or so when suddenly, 'jesse' needs help.

i was kinda thinking they play it as "jesse somehow got stuck in a mirror but is able to find lake and ask for help," and of course this makes lake more than a little anxious, but 'jesse' suggests she just tries breaking the mirror to see what happens. she agrees (though i can see her only agreeing if it's a big multi-pane mirror so that in case it doesn't work she'd still be able to talk to him) and when she starts punching the mirror, 'jesse' tackles her, and manages to subdue her. mace and sieve are nearby

lake's smart, she had been starting to suspect that something was wrong about the situation, but she got so caught up in her fear that jesse was actually now trapped in the mirror world that she didn't realize it was a trap fast enough. even if the shape shifter doesn't reveal themself, lake now knows that this obviously isn't jesse.

the flecs drag her away and she's kicking and screaming, putting up as much of a fight as she can but somehow it's not enough this time. she's desperately hoping if she screams loud enough, either jesse or alan will hear her and help her.

all of this happens relatively quickly, so the shape shifter then begins to impersonate lake. jesse just thinks they've been separated for a bit and it's all okay now, because yeah, that seems to follow train logic.

okay i've gotta be honest here, i really didn't think much about it beyond this point. but if you have any ideas feel free to share! i'd love to hear them. and if you really like this idea and want to do something with it let me know!

Bottlecaps/NCR dollars/Legion coins came down from California and are sometimes used in Mexico. Most smaller areas have a barter system, but will accept any currency. The Enclave Republic has their own currency they use in their areas: Enclave dollars. The game mainly uses Enclave dollars in place of bottle caps. One Enclave dollar equals 5 bottle caps.

!!!! we kinda wanna make a webcomic about our fursonas! we have one shared sona that represents the body & the collective, but we also have individual ones. we wanna make a comic about the shared sona's life with the individual sonas kind of like angels and devils on his shoulders,, like, uh, inside out kinda but lower stakes & its actually about being a sys & our life and stuff.
