Okay I’m visiting my folks and both my mom and stepdad 1. Didn’t know what a sea shanty was and 2. Had never heard the song “drunken sailor” and in fact had no idea it even existed. That seemed wild to me but I am kind of abnormally into sea shanties so, public opinion poll:
