Introducing you to the real World Wide Web, Miscelia. While mushrooms might be the most familiar part of a fungus, most of their bodies are made up of a mass of thin threads, known as a mycelium. As a mycelium grows out into a substrate it excretes enzymes at the tips of its hyphae that digest the substrate into a form that can be absorbed by the fungus. The more nutrients are in the substrate, the more branches the mycelia forms to take advantage of the food source. They also serve as an information superhighway that allows plants to communicate and help each other out acting as an underground internet, linking the roots of different plants. By linking to the fungal network they can help out their neighbours by sharing nutrients and information – or sabotage unwelcome plants by spreading toxic chemicals through the network. The more we learn about this network, the more our ideas about plants have to change. 4. What detail in "it's like you never had wings" are you really proud of? (feel free to also answer for "like one of your girls" i love them both so much)

oooh great question

for like one of your girls my big one, and this is going to sound absolutely fucking insane and not at all exciting, is how i described the various pictures of what ilya was posting on IG, so like blurry carpet, view outside the window etc. like, how do i convey just how careless and low effort this is on ilya's part while still providing interest for the reader. (for a less insane choice, i actually agonized quite a bit over what shane would be saying in french for that first smut section with a few diff options but ultimately am happy with what i picked!)

for its like you never had wings, i was very happy with how i wrote that ruined orgasm. not to get Too Into The Weeds Of It but i dont have the easiest time putting myself in a dom's perspective lmao and i was worried i wouldn't do well with pulling off the excitement ilya felt, the anticipation and then the actual moment itself. really enjoyed comparing the moment before ilya ruins the orgasm to a hockey play lmao
