ukraine is eight hours ahead of saskatchewan. talia was probably asleep when mischa died.

imagine waking up to no texts from her beloved fiance, who always leaves her good morning texts even though its late at night for him. the last thing that was sent was hours ago about the fall fair.

its so incredibly unlike him that she panics, trying to think of a somewhat reasonable thing that happened - his phone died or he broke it, he fell asleep early, hes out with his friends and forgot his phone, something, anything.

finally, she goes to the internet. she searches, mischa bachinski, and news articles upon news articles in english that she couldnt understand. she has to ask a friend to translate.
