The idea is based on #lutzgeissler #bbb4 Vollkorn Weizenbrot . But I don’t have a liquid wheat starter so for this bake I used my wholemeal rye starter turning this into a Mischbrot., b/o so much starter is used. All the flour is wholemeal wheat.
