Huge love to my mum for giving birth to me this day all those years ago! Last year might have been my best & most pivotal of my life so far, I came out of a dark time of depression and learnt expressing your vulnerabilities as a man makes you the opposite of vulnerable. I learnt putting yourself out there positively really has positive outcomes, I opened myself up to the universe, took risks and I can’t believe everything that’s happened. I’ve been broke most my life and music is finally providing me an income that I will never stop hustling to build so I can support my fam. Boi, I am eternally grateful for the year that past and I don’t plan to slow down. Love to everyone I love around me, all my people and family that I see growing into greatness, couldn’t be more blessed and proud. "here ----" he shrugged off his jacket, carefully placing it on her shoulder. "ain't much -- but it gets me through the night."

The gesture made her smile, even if she was a bit hesitant to take the jacket from him. Pausing to tug the jacket on, she frowned when only her fingertips could be seen poking out of the sleeves. Brent certainly was taller than her, and her slender frame didn’t help one bit; the coat was drowning her.Chucking slightly, Sarah swayed from side to side, arms raising in an attempt to find her hands that had been consumed by the fabric.

“Brent- thank you… But, what about you? Doesn’t this mean you’ll be cold? I-I don’t wanna take it when you need it…”

he has dumb smile and he offers a small fist bump.

it catches him off-guard, and delsin has gotten to the point where he is actively going out of his way to avoid brent’s stupid little smile. 

in one hand is a bag of the absolute grossest fast good he could find in the wake of the lantern district. there’s a place in downtown seattle that’s much worse--he’s pretty sure if he had the energy to venture all the way there and grab some grub, the grease would actively attempt to eat its way through the bag. he’s also not trying to kill brent. as much as that tiny urge hangs in the back of his mind endlessly, if he were ever going to, it wouldn’t be by clogging his damn arteries.

even though black eyes don’t make their way to a face that causes the temperature to rise beneath his own, lips do curve up and he meets him on that fist bump. 

what a piece of punk garbage. he likes him.

“you’re so lame, kid. i didn’t know people actually still did that. open the damn bag. i got you some burgers because you look like you’re about to wither away out here.”
