Definitely take a break if this class is important for your major; I've been kind of in the same rut with one of my classes this semester too and as stupid as it sounds, all of the social networks I'm on are really distracting me from accomplishing any of my projects and assignments for the course. You're incredibly smart and I think with some time off, you'll definitely be able to bounce back before the semester is over. <3
It's the curse of the social networks, I swear.
