genuinely one of smartest people you'll ever meet. he knows all the laws of the kingdom back to front, and he's more than able to hold his own in a debate. When he was young, his teachers would test him by having recite the ordinances and letter of law for the kingdom in both english and portuguese-- which he did flawlessly.
forever's main job is to ensure that missa is able to make the decisions he wants, and to help him when he isn't sure what he should do.
forever is generally a very nice guy, though (like i mentioned in my last post) he knows how to puff out his chest and put someone in their place when need be, espcially when missa is involved.
forever still has his muscles like in canon-- he spent a whole spring and summer training with fit and phil, so he's also generally good with a sword or a bow, though its not his strongsuit. missa nearly faints the first time he sees them.
as adults, he and phil have an... interesting dynamic. they flirt with each other in private, usually at their rebellions base, quipping and cracking all kinds of jokes at each other, but they also trust each other more than anything. phil will roll his eyes as forever drops yet another innuendo, but he would have all the trust in the world for forever if he were at the other end of his sword.
speaking of trust, forever trusts in missa a lot-- he knows that his heart is in the right place, and that he only wants what's best for the kingdom. sometimes though, he just needs a little push to get past his anxiety.
