- Update - Happy to say this quilt has been found! After being missing for two months, Miyuki Humphries beautiful quilt was found and delivered to Cherrywood Fabrics. Somehow it got mixed up with a Fed Ex shipment (it was sent UPS originally) and was sent to several places in the South before making it safely to Minnesota. This quilt will be on display at AQS Virginia Beach in October!

This beautiful quilt was made by Miyuki Humphries of Tokyo, Japan for the Cherrywood Prince Challenge. It was accepted for the traveling exhibit soon to debut, but was lost enroute to Minnesota.
It was last tracked by USPS in Chicago. It’s intended recipient is Cherrywood Fabrics in Baxter, Minnesota. Please spread the word and help this artist find her artwork!
I haven't gotten my mail in weeks and it's so frustrating because the post office is somehow closed every day of the week. I've tried calling and emailing and going there but I can't get my mail and I'm waiting on my grandmother's ashes and rings plus my new ID.
And I'm not the only person having this issue and it's just so fucking annoying. I need my mail

USPS delivery, missing mail from the week of December 27th.
So, all last week we did not get any mail delivered, due to snow/ice and the holiday. I want to know why, when the post office delivered today’s mail, didn’t we get our mail from last week? I received daily emails from USPS and am waiting for several pieces of mail, including a check. We called our post office today and were told that the Federal Way facility is the one that scans the mail pieces…

Last Friday, I sent a swap package out from Georgia to a state west of me, pretty much straight west. It was supposed to be delivered YESTERDAY to the lucky recipient. Except, our incredibly genius USPS sent it on it’s merry way North instead. Why? Now it’s been pretty much MIA since it left that northern state late Saturday/early Sunday. I’ve filled out what I can online and right now I have no patience to sit on hold for 20+ minutes waiting for someone who won’t be able to do anything. This is the first time I’ve ever had a problem with a priority mail package I’ve sent disappearing suddenly. The tracking page hasn’t updated at all to change the estimated delivery date or anything. I’m sure it will now that I’ve put in a report. Time and again, the USPS screws things up, but unfortunately I can’t afford to send things by UPS or FedEx. Maybe this is just what they do to Priority packages that aren’t in their fancy little boxes that aren’t always the right size...
TL;DR USPS sucks and likes to reroute packages unnecessarily
My local post man is an idiot
Ugh, this morning I found a package from amazon left on my car's windshield, not two steps away from my nice enclosed patio. The package had been partially opened but my book was still there. And just checked the tracking on my shirtwoot order. It says it was delivered on 1-25-13 but guess what I don't have. WTF is wrong with the delivery people who come to my complex that they can't put packages someplace safe.
