Ebby Jane Steppach. Born on March 31, 1997. MISSING from Little Rock, Arkansas. Last seen on October 24, 2015. She is 5’2, between 105-110 lbs, has blonde hair and green eyes. Her navel, ears, and nose are pierced. She has a tattoo on her rib cage that says, “Through every dark night there is a brighter day.” On October 25, 2015 Ebby called her brother saying she didn’t know where she was but she was in her car. Her brother said the phone call was very short and she sounded disoriented. This was the last time anyone heard from her. A few days later, her silver 2003 Volkswagen Passat with the license plate number 137UFM and her belongings, including her cell phone and contacts, were found off of Chenal Parkway in West Little Rock.
