even the heart of a bustling city eventually falls to rest; the INCESSANT HUBBUB of customers and trainers had stopped a few hours ago, after the sun had started to set. you could see a few nurses tiredly but happily walk out, fresh out of uniforms, as night time healthcare workers appeared with fresh faces at the front desk. it looked like it was about to be a QUIET NIGHT at slateport city's pokémon center, the main hall emptying more and more, only leaving overnight residents, late night trainers and staff.

willow walks confidently, striding towards the rest area in large steps, her arms OVERFLOWING WITH DRINKS AND SNACKS. she doesn't look even one bit weary from the cruise trip that took them from johto to hoenn, at least not until she lets everything drop onto the table. only then does willow FALL by silver's side with an overexaggerated groan.

❝ MAN, gettin' on land feels SO nice ! ... didn't think it'd EVER end ! ❞ not that she minded the boat, it was exciting, at first. then, THE WAIT got her moody the longer the ride went on.
