Ingredients: 2 cups of mashed potatoes. 1 cup of mixed vegetables carrots, peas, corn. 1/2 cup of finely chopped onion. 2 cloves of garlic, minced. 1 tsp of cumin powder. 1/2 tsp of paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 cup of all-purpose flour. Water for dumpling dough. 2 cups of tomato sauce. 1/2 tsp of dried basil. 1/2 tsp of dried oregano. 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese. Vegetable oil for frying.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, chopped onion, minced garlic, cumin powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to form the dumpling filling. In a separate bowl, prepare the dumpling dough by mixing all-purpose flour and enough water to form a smooth, elastic dough. Roll it into a thin sheet and cut out dumpling wrappers using a round cutter or a glass.
