Mix is here to break my heart in this next episode, holy shit, just look at him in those last gifs. He's so tiny and so in love and so hurt and I'm dying. Please let this be a throuple, please let them all be happy and together and in love.

Guh, Match is basically admitting the he's in love with both of them but doesn't know what to do about it. He loves Mix and he loves Ryu and he just wants them both in his life but he doesn't have a solution for that.

And Ryu doesn't have a solution either. He loves them both as well, he cares for both of them so much, though his feelings for Match are obviously stronger at the moment. He's trying so hard to convince Mix to stay and to try and I don't even think he realizes how much he cares about him.

Mix might not realize how strong his feelings towards Ryu are, but his love of Match has finally just driven him beyond that. He can't handle the idea of one rejection, let alone two, so he just keeps it all to himself and hides behind removing himself from the narrative rather than staying in and risking himself.

Honestly, the three of them make such a good group and it's so painful to watch them almost get there and then just not quite make it every single time. They all care about each other so, so much but Match isn't straightfoward enough and Mix isn't ready to listen and Ryu is trying so hard to do both.

I love how both Match and Ryu go after Mix to try to comfort him and get him to talk about what's going on.

Nothing in this show is one-sided. It's chaos but heartfelt and that's the best kind.

Ryu and Match are both worried for Mix. And Mix obviously cares about both of them, even if he is hurt by their closeness.

Mix first asks Ryu for peace. Mix tries to joke with Match. Mix tries to check in on how Match feels. Mix struggles to not make Ryu uncomfortable with his jealousy.

But Ryu tries to talk to Mix again and again. And Match tries as well. Both of them care for him so much, both of them see his discomfort and his insecurity and his pain and they're torn between giving him space and trying to take care of him.

The scene with at the end where Mix assumes Ryu is doing everything for the sake are the camera? That's his own insecurities screaming out, all the fear of never being good enough, all that pain and those nerves and that hopeless love just falling out of him.

Honestly, this show is so tight and so well done and I, for one, am absolutely shocked that a six episode BL about a content creator, a chef in training and an out of work musician all sharing a bed is somehow this darling.

My Mate Match has to be heading towards polyamory right? Like, both house guests have said they like just existing in the same space as Match but also as each other. And Match clearly likes them both. And I just. Need polyamory. Please for the love of god let them pull a 3 Will Be Free.

Oh, I would love that so much.

Because right now it's not quite a triangle. I'm fairly sure both Ryu and Mix are in love with Match but they're not in love with each other yet. And Match is definitely at least a little in love with both of them even if he doesn't realize it because he's a creature of chaos.

I want it to be one.

I want them to love each other equally and wholly and fully.

Ryu could take care of them so well, keeping up with both of their needs and their little chaotic hearts.

Mix adds so much joy and affection and he might not be the best at cleaning but he's so good at being a friend and being appreciative.

Match can encourage both of them, be their cheerleader and take care of them when they're low and be there for them no matter what.

It's just such a perfect triangle.

Most romantic moment?

Oh, there's so many. But I think their most romantic shared moment has to be the first dinner together. It's so perfectly them, absolutely chaotic and wild and none of them doing a good job but still already falling in love together.

What do you think their love languages are?

Ooo, this is interesting. I think Match is mostly quality time, honestly. I'd say he puts his love into the time he spends with the people around him and it's why he fell so hard for both of them so fast. Now, Mix and Ryu might share acts of service but I'm assuming that's mostly for the sake of trying to bribe Match. I think Mix's love language is physical touch. That's what he reacts most strongly to, definitely. And I think Ryu might actually be acts of service or giving gifts. He does love to cook for them and takes the ultimate sacrifice in the hopes it'll make them happy.

What kind of dates do they go on?

Chaotic ones. Darling and chaotic. I suspect they'd mostly stay in for those dates, since a threeway date can be a bit awkward in public. But I'd expect lots of Ryu cooking, Mix playing music and Match picking games for them to play as they drink.

Now, I also think they'd go out as pairs... so lets' think about that.

Mix and Match go on dinner dates to restaurants when they go out. Think a kind of TharnType style date, Mix plays music and flirts until he gets off duty and then he goes and they eat together. Very playful and fun and darling.

Ryu and Match mostly go on picnics. Ryu makes the food and Match creates a lot of really cute content and they find lots of interesting places to just sit and talk and settle down.

Mix and Ryu tend to find game or some kind of activity to do together. Think laser tag. They're wild and having fun and that's all that matters.

Favorite kiss and/or hug.

Definitely the hug at the very end when they're saying goodbye to Ryu and then the way Match and Mix lean in together as they call him with the good news that they can stay together and try again.

Also, the sleeping kiss between Match and Mix. Seriously. That was GOLD.

I love the show (these boys are BABY, especially Mix) but I'll be honest that their characters aren't quite striking me for fanfiction yet.

But I have been thinking.

I'd love something with them...

Give me some time and a chance! The hardest part is coming up with the idea.

I'm very tempted to do just an introspective fic with Match mulling over his choice.

Or Mix trying to figure out who he's really jealous of in this situation.

I'll be honest, Ryu's character is a bit... thinner. So he's got nothing yet.
