Frida's Mule Cocktail is a spicy and cool take on the traditional Moscow Mule. The jalapeno adds a kick of heat that goes well with the smoky taste of the mezcal. The fizzy ginger beer and sour lime juice balance out the drink.
Ingredients: 2 oz jalapeno-infused mezcal. 3/4 oz lime juice. Ginger beer.
Instructions: Fill a copper mug with ice cubes. Add jalapeno-infused mezcal and lime juice. Top up with ginger beer. Stir gently to combine. Garnish with a lime wedge and a slice of jalapeno, if desired. Serve immediately.
