It's weird how in psychology, I'm learning all these different approaches to how and why people behave. They could be conditioned, they could be passed down. They could learn from consequence, or from other people's consequence.
Yet none of them seem to explain these small actions of love. like how i learned a cat shows love by slowly blinking, and now i find myself slowly blinking to acknowledge my love for them. i learned how goats headbutt others in affection, and so i do it softly. again, how cata rub their heads on their owners. i find myself doing that, too.
point is, we can come up with all of these different explanations for behaviour, but it is cute as humans that we learn how others love, so we can love in more ways.
and i think that's adorable
