How the hell was Mileena able to change her voice to Kitana?

Well, she IS a clone of Kitana. 

Although, with a mouth like that, it’s unknown how she is able to copy Kitana’s voice perfectly. She probably had a lot of practice in order to impersonate her. Mileena may be immature and childish, but she is very cunning. If she was able to fool someone like Liu Kang, she can certainly almost fool anyone if she plays her cards right. 

As cool as that is, it’s actually creepy. If you got Mileena running amok, I would be paranoid to be close with Kitana because you’d be unsure on whether or not she is the real deal.

Do you really think Kitana can help Mileena? Because in Mileena's dialogue with Jade, she admits she is beyond saving.

Mileena only said that because of the grudge she bears toward Kitana and others who resented her and labeled her as a monster. Although she may sound amused by this subject that Kitana believes she can be saved, Mileena is likely putting up a front. 

I know a lot of people think she is unreasonable for obvious reasons, the Tarkatan instincts and bloodlust she inherits. Look here is the thing, Shao Kahn and Shang Tsung both encouraged the latter to give into her bloodlust, which is why Mileena is often seen aggressive, feral, and crazed. Additionally, the hatred and envy for Kitana makes things even far worse, making her unpredictable and dangerous to virtually anyone in MK. 

I believe that if Kitana were to at least try to talk and put herself in Mileena’s shoes, she may help her as well as assist her in controlling her Tarkatan urges. Assuming Mortal Kombat 11 may possibly end up getting a third story expansion (which is unlikely), I would hope to see the Mileena’s story and character get proper closure.

About D Vorah, I want to know...exactly what is the Kytinn? I heard that what we see isn't D Vorah's true form, but a corpse of a person she is using as a body.

The Kytinn are a race of humanoid insect-like beings that once resided in a realm called Arnyek. Unfortunately for them, Shao Kahn merged that realm with Outworld, thus makes them unwilling residents of the said realm. That’s why D Vorah is often seen there. 

Like Earthrealm insects, the Kytinn are...extremely difficult to kill. They’re often seen as disgusting pests. According to the lore, Shao Kahn decimated a shitload of them and their hives many years ago, so there is probably isn’t a lot of them around. 

As for her body, well its hard to say, but if sources are correct, prepare to be creeped out. The Kytinn operate sort of like a Hive Mind. So if we look at the intros, D Vorah can be seen as a swarm of insects arriving the scene before reforming her body. It’s not to look flashy or cool, D Vorah is technically a hollow corpse/shell with thousands of insects residing within her. Like a walking hive in the shape of her host, so even if you ‘killed’ her, D Vorah can eventually revive herself as long as the main insect (the giant Kytinn fly from one of her variants) isn’t killed or if all the bugs within the body are completely destroyed. Theoretically, D Vorah can’t stay dead if one or more of her insects still remains alive. 

In all honesty, they are one of the most dangerous species in Mortal Kombat. If D Vorah’s ending is possible in lore, then the Kytinn are very good at evolving. If they continue to evolve, they can become seemingly unstoppable, assuming they can become giants.
