I don't understand why it's a common headcanon in the Mortal Kombat fandom for people to think that Bi-Han suffered some childhood trauma or high expectations of being the Grandmaster's heir that justify him letting his father die. Girl, wake up, he's just another ambitious narcissist who wants to transform the Lin Kuei into his version of the SS
