what is ur opinion on these two goobers (2000 Saturn SL1, 2005 VW Jetta TDI wagon)

Freaking love Saturn! It was a lovely experiment (and apparently a cool workplace!) and it's a shame it died the way it did. I also love those headlights for reasons I cannot seem to wrap my head around.

Conversely, for the Mk4 Golf/Jetta (I'm pretty sure that in Europe the sedan was called a Jetta but the wagon took the name from the hatchback and not the sedan) I have always struggled to feel anything about. Good cars, don't get me wrong, well designed, it's just the spark isn't there. This not to say I've a grudge with early-00s VW! The Lupo is one of my favorite citycars and I still marvel at how well the Passat design aged. But the Golf/Jetta? Eh. Do love the cute little passenger mirror tho (ever noticed how much smaller it is than the driver's?).
