“SWANK”

Have you ever reached a point in your life where everything seems like it doesn't add up? Well Swank is a reflection of this idea through the life of Jordyn Clarkson the “Michael Jordyn” lol of the fashion world. She is super talented and no-one can stop her while she's on the warpath to starting her own fashion week. Growing up in the rough streets of New York, Jordyn understood the true meaning of perseverance. She wanted to teach her mom the same thing but it seemed like her mom was to pre occupied with finding a man who wouldn't treat her like shit. But that seems like dream more than anything else. Her mom was accustomed to being treated like shit and it made a huge impression on her daughter. So as Jordyn got older, she held in all the built up anger from her moms past relationships. But through it all Jordyn continued to work on her coat and it started to make room for her financially. She became the hottest thing to ever touch fabric since it was made.He was voted by TIME magazine as “Person of the Year” 3 times consecutively. But what is more important is the company that she happens to attract. Billionaire guys who only want nothing more than just a regular life with someone who is ambitions and strives for the best in everything that she does. One of the guys is a billionaire who invests in oil. But Jordyn blows him off and ignores him for no reason. This guy is making huge attempts to get her attention and all of them is going to be ignored royally. Another guy is going to invest in the stock market and because of Jordyn’s infatuation with insects, she treats him like a fly in the tangled web of its killer. He is going to eventually die at the hands of this beautiful tragedy in Jordyn. I need a lot of help with how I want the story to develop. I essentially want Jordyn to 1st: run into financial trouble wither sponsors of the fashion show so she has to find funding somewhere else. 2nd I’d like for her assistant who happens to be her best friend leave her over a small dispute that could have been easily solved through simple “sorry”from Jordyn, but because of the ego she carries she ignores it. 3rd I want her to fall in love with a man who eventually treats her like how her mom is treated and before Jordyn finds out, her mom tries to warn her of the pitfall that is coming. Foreshadowing is going to kinda drive the visuals. Like a note in the beginning is going to help Jordyn remind her of something or get her to act a certain kind of address. But all in all she is going to reconnect with her mom and it is going to show her the value of who is close to her. She eventually links up with her assistant as well. I want this film to be mad etc show off my cinematography skills and bring to life the events of a woman ruling the fashion world with an iron fist and still isn't able to get her own life together.
