Nothing is more infuriating than Ladybug falling for Chat Walker because he is completely perfect, like Adrien, meaning what she wanted from Chat Noir was exactly that, perfection, something unreal that he can't give, or at least can try to give but will burn himself while on the way.

But this episode actually opens a door to issue Ladybug's naive love for perfection, in which it would involve a lot of her major issues with Adrien and Chat Noir, dehumanizing Adrien and rejecting Chat Noir's "humanness" if you will.

Is this... a character development I'm smelling? Ladybug actually loving both for what they are? Looking past their defects?

man, Nathalie is still sick! it starts to worry me. how long has it been from the end of S3 to the current episodes of S4? and all this time she is bedridden... I'm beginning to suspect that you can't completely get rid of the consequences of using damaged Miraculous. they are like a chronic disease. I may be wrong (god, I hope I'm wrong), but the fact that she still hasn't recovered is strange.

You know, I was just thinking. I’m guessing that Alya telling Nino that she still has the Fox Miraculous is gonna come up again, and as more than just an “oh by the way he knows” kind of thing.

Nino’s pretty lousy at keeping secrets. He won’t intentionally spill them unless he thinks it’s warranted - in Rocketear, he had little reason to think that telling Adrien his and Alya’s secret identities would result in anything nasty, since Hawkmoth already knew their identities anyway - but he’s not great at deception, which can be a problem when you need to hide something. 

We know Lila’s involved in the season finale, right? And it seems likely that we’ll get a Fox vs. Fox fight at some point.

What if Lila asks Nino just the right thing, or overhears him saying something, that clues her into Alya having the Fox Miraculous? Into at least investigating Alya? Nino would never intentionally spill that kind of secret, not when it DOES now put Alya in danger, but acting unnatural while trying to hide what he knows? That I can see. Lila might pick up on that.

Today was an unexpectedly busy day in the fandom! So I thought I’d jot down my thoughts so that when everything airs I could see how close I got!

First things first: we still have the remaining 4 temporary hero episodes!

The following still have yet to appear:

Traquemoiselle (almost certainly Sabrina)

Minotaurox (Ivan)

Coq Courage (probably Nathaniel, maybe Marc)

Caprikid (probably Marc, maybe Nathaniel)

And also a possibility debut of present day Bunnyx (Alix)

Gabriel Agreste, Dearest Family, Ephemeral, Risk, and Strike Back are all highly unlikely to debut a new hero (save for maybe a young Bunnyx in the finale episodes)

Of these, I think the LEAST likely to debut a hero is Glaciator 2. It’s been confirmed that this is this season’s Marichat episode, so with that focus I just don’t think there’s the screen time for a temp hero arc.

Psycomedian - I’m theorizing a Minotaurox debut! This episode stems from a discarded akuma of a real French comedian. However, since that’s no longer the case, we don’t know who the akuma is! I’m speculating that it’s Mylene’s dad, last akumatized into the Mime. Nino got his miraculous to save his girlfriend from a family member. Maybe Ivan will follow the same pattern! (While this episode is really early and we haven’t seen any hint of a new hero in any aired episodes, Polymouse, Pigella and Tigresse Pourpre have also not been mentioned or seen outside of their own episodes). Also, Ivan was the first akuma, so maybe he’ll be the first temp hero of the season?

Qilin - I’m theorizing a Coq Courage debut! This is likely the name of a sentimonster. Maybe one that is based on a character Nathaniel and Marc created for their comic! When something happens leading to one of them (probably Marc, since I think Nath is the rooster) getting akumatized. Then the other has to help save them! Please, I need a Marcaniel episode.

Kuro Neko - I’m theorizing a Traquemoiselle debut! The title is Japanese for ‘black cat’. My reasoning here is that maybe they’re going to use the dog miraculous to take down a cat sentimonster? Idk. This one’s a weak argument lol

Penalteam - I’m theorizing a Caprikid debut! I’ve seen people theorizing that this is a football/soccer episode based on tweets form Astruc. This seems likely. My prediction on this being the goat debut is based on the process of elimination. Sorry, I just am really stumped without any hints beyond the names!

One last thought:

I NEED AN EPISODE ABOUT THE DINOSAURS. Until today’s name drops I thought that the scientist would be the ep 15 akuma - but we know Andre is Glaciator! I highly doubt she’s Psycomedian, and Gabriel Agreste has a different focus… so is Hack-san really her first appearance??? Will she appear in Glaciator 2??? I NEED TO KNOW WHY THERE ARE DINOSAURS!!!

My theory is that the Graham rings have a kind of Magic that allows the one who uses them to control the members of that family. That's why Amelie and Felix wanted to have them. And that's how Gabriel controls Adrien.

So no sentimonsters.
