Take a Break
Izzy had spent the most of the night dancing with everyone and anyone that would join her, splitting her time between making eyes at her new wife while she danced and letting go of her inhibitions completely. Needless to say, she needed a break, and she bounced her way over to the bar at the same time a slower song started playing, the perfect time to pause her dance move. She grinned at the other person ordering at the bar, leaning against it and gesturing over to the table of cards and presents. “Do you think I can forget about Christmas presents this year?”, she asked, a playful smile gracing her lips. “...what with all these wedding gifts just a week before, I think it’s a perfect excuse for people to forgo my holiday cheer this year”.
