My drink of choice was milk >.< I would avoid water as much as I could as a child but as an adult I know I should drink it, so I try to at least drink a little a day. Or if I don’t want to run out of milk, I’ll try to drink more water.

Milk is a pretty healthy drink, I think the only reason to drink water instead would be if you’re trying to watch your calories, or if you have high cholesterol. Milk has plenty of water in it, it will keep you hydrated pretty well. Milk is filling however, so you naturally won’t drink as much of it as you would of water. So having water now and then is probably a good plan, but there’s nothing wrong with drinking mostly milk.
