While growing up together, Asher started to fall for David and it was a "Friends to Lovers". He never told anyone, he was scared to lose the friendship and was also working stuff out about it.

Then David became Alpha and Asher became his Beta, things changed, but Asher still loved him.

Over time Asher was still in love with him, which is why when David was telling Asher about how they met 'Angel' it crushed him.

He knew he had to move on and slowly did, then he 'Baaabe' and things got even better.

Still nobody knows about the crush he used to have.
