@mmmaxi yeah, mid 20s isn’t exactly pleasant either. I prefer it around early 20s to at least be able to sleep properly.

@mmmaxi someone asked an astrology blog to do up a synastry chart with Martin and Amanda to see if it could shed some light on potential conflicts that might have precipitated their split. Astrology is something that interests me, so I had a read, and it did provide some insights 👍

@mmmaxi hear hear to what you've said :) I generally find it so awkward even talking openly about this type of gossipy stuff because I'm in the 'eck, this is none of my business' camp. While it is about people we 'know' and like/admire enough to care about what's going on for them, as you say, when it all boils down to it, I don't know them and they don't know me. At the same time, I don't have the right to talk about them and render their lives as some kind of theatre to derive entertainment from, like the roles they play in things. It goes without saying really that they deserve respect and dignity like anyone else.
@mmmaxi Well, yeah, that's the thing...I recall reading that translation of the German interview, which had Martin's reply as you've said. So I'm finding it increasingly baffling to be speaking to and being approached by people who seem to have developed the distinct impression that a 'split' has occurred during/before filming, and are talking about it as though it's fact. It really disconcerts me, because I have the feeling they're drawing their viewpoints from certain folk in the fandom (who ship a pairing I won't name) that have little/no connection to ours. These folk keep talking and peddling this 'split while/before filming' idea like it's actually happened and is real, rather than just what it really is, which is, at best, supposition. Especially given those comments by Martin in the interview, which, frankly, totally blow the idea out of the water. Because, as you say, he's really not a great liar, more a denier and dodger, as we've undoubtedly seen on many occasions. It's saddening to see pple be so influenced by this kind of muckraking, which, as we've already witnessed in this post-truth world, can cause so much harm and damage. More than ever, people need to check their facts before running off spouting things, and moreover, exercising a healthy degree of critical skepticism towards sourceless claims they come across, whether it's about politics, or even idle gossip about your faves. Now, in saying that, what might have occurred after the shoot, IF anything at all, between Martin and Amanda...that we don't know. Things may be perfectly normal and fine. Or they're not. *Shrugs* Until I see some hard facts to say yea or nay, I'm not going to declare anything.
@mmmaxi You're welcome, no probs! Yeah, I was having the same issue myself trying to rewatch it, but not necessarily wanting to sit through everything in the episodes again for Martin, so this vid makes it a lot easier to get that concentrated hit 😉
