i wanted to draw a more anatomically correct elpizo in celebration of 100%ing megaman zero 2. sue me. also, toru nakayama's proportions are really hard to translate into realism well.

After realizing just how bland my backgrounds usually are, I decided to take on a background challenge. The first topic on the list was "polar desert". First thing I thought of was that one level from MMZ 2 (which is basically a moonlit snow-covered roof with some rocks in the distance), so I got curious if I could illustrate a scene happening in such a place.
