Crazy morning, driving to work today. There was a lady running around on the east side with just a towel around her bod. Wonder if she got caught? Haha #MNnice and #MNmean at the same time! But anyways, breakfast of champions! Strawberry #optimumnutrition protein with frozen mangos, pineapples, peaches, and strawberries. Mixed it with 1.5 cup of orange juice and wha la! My 2 cents on protein powder, I only take a scoop or 2 a day when my "FOOD" intake currently taking isn't healing fast enough. For some reason everyone who begins lifting always forgets 4th grade nutrition class. The Protein in protein powder is a macronutrient just like if your eating meat. Its just way easier to drink a smoothie with 30 grams of protein vs eating like 5 eggs so protein powder isn't the first thing you should ask me when you wanna gain muscle/strength. Supplements probably help out 5-10% at most unless you on some anabolic chicken. So If you have extra money, go a head and buy some powder, but I recommend you learn more about training before wasting money on supplements. #nutrition #protein #proteinpowder #breakfast
