Campfire Crunch Rice Kristie Bar: Last weekend I had the great pleasure of attending the Minnesota State Fair. I had so much great food there, but one of the highlights was this jumbo sized, s’mores inspired cereal treat. (All my followers who also enjoy Food Network baking shows will know the proper, non-copyright infringing name for these snacks is cereal treat. 😘) I loved this bar! With a mix of Golden Grahams and Rice Krispies there was no lack of crunch, something often lost. I also appreciated the use of both regular and mini sized chocolate chips.
