That being said: No.
Jenson was off celebrating Lando. Mark was off consoling Oscar. Seb and Daniel weren't in town. And Lewis and Max's relationship in this series is perfunctory at best. Add in the fact that Max does such a good job with the IDGAFism, so Nico and DC just gave him a pat on the back, and went about doing their jobs.
"What about Fernando and Hulk?" you ask.
"Neither of them build nests," the author states. "But you know who does build nests? Charles."
Charles built him a nest, and then all of the rookies rushed in to cuddle Dad and tell him that he did such a great job this year, and it's so sad that he didn't win. (Max makes all of them text Lando, because we like Lando, and we are happy for Lando. He also makes when text Oscar, because we like Oscar, and we are also sorry for Oscar.)
Fernando and Nico do stop by, of course.
Fernando bullies Max into basically his lap, even though Max is telling him that he's fine, and that he doesn't need to be coddled, and Nico helps console the pups, because their distress about the whole thing is more distressing to Max right now than loosing the championship. Because remember: we like Lando, and we are happy for Lando.
So, Pup!Max isn't getting cuddles, but GridDad!Max is.

About that snippet...Now. Here's the thing. You've said that Hair Scritches is a comfort fic, so I am surmising that you want something that is happy, soft, sweet, and lovely about Pup!Max and the grid in like 2015-2016.
That doesn't exist in this canon.
While Max is adopting rookies left, right, center, above, and below, Max was only adopted by his pack elders in like 2019 when Lando, Alex, and George started calling Max Dad and Max was like WTF, and Lewis, and Seb realize that they missed a generation of drivers: Max. Thus: the retroactive adopting.
Now. Max did already have a grid dad at this point. Nico R a la 2016.
And of course, Jenson has been the fun uncle since the beginning of time.
Also, unfortunately, I actually don't seem to have any prose in my MNTR drafts, so this is the closest thing I've got to a snippet, period.
So the next More Navy Than Red is about 2015 Max running around the paddock trying to get stuff from the other drivers for Carlos' (and his) den.

And of course Max has not considered gifting it to Charles himself.

Because Max has been trying all weekend, and Yuki knows that Charles will want the onesie to soak up as much of Max’s scent as possible. Yuki understood the assignment after FP1. He understood the assignment when Charles mentioned it on Thursday. He understood the assignment when he flew into the track on Wednesday and saw it in the Red Bull Pack Room after listening to Pierre tell him about how sad Charles was that the pups didn’t have a matching onesie for him but Lando, and DC got one. Lando makes sense because he’s their youngest big brother, but DC? DC and not Charles? Max and not Charles? (Liam knew that Max wouldn’t want it and had texted Pierre that they should steal Max’s for Charles.) Yuki knows what’s up. Yuki has known what’s been up. Yuki is trying to be a good friend to Charles, which means he has the pretend he has no idea what Max is doing, because if Max clocks that Yuki is waiting so that Charles gets a more saturated scent he’s going to get all weird and because Yuki is a good friend he won’t let Max spiral down the path of ‘Does Charles actually want my saturated scent?’
Hi, I just wanted to say that I love the “A Nest More Navy Than Red, A Den More Rosso Corsa Than Blue” series. I’ve been following it since it had like 2/3 fics. This new fic with pup max was my favourite. Would love to read more of pup max or even pup max and pup Charles❤️

More Navy Than Red idea: Max stomps over to McLaren, grabs Mark Webber because he was Red Bull Pack Alpha once upon a time and just hunkers down somewhere to hide from his grid kids. And Mark is like “Hello?” And Max is like “Nico is working,” and bullies Mark into cuddles.
Cut to Oscar texting Mark like “Hey, I thought you were driving with me back to the hotel, where are you?”
