4. Do they have any verbal tics? Do they have trouble pronouncing certain words or getting their thoughts across clearly?
Gonna use Piper for this one! Piper is SUPER excitable and tends to ramble on and on with increasing speed during conversations, especially if the topic piques her interest. often she’ll get going so fast that others will have to stop her or tell her to slow down because they can’t keep up with her excitement!
I suppose Dria also counts for this one! She’s a princess, and she talks like one! She’s always really formal, so much so that she has a hard time using normal speech instead of ‘fancy’ speech when she’s around Kayle and the others. She eventually learns to relax around them and speak less formally, but it’s a struggle for her for a while ahahaha
19. If your character was suddenly challenged, would they rather run away or stay and fight?
It really depends on who we’re talking about here. by the time the main story rolls around, Kayle is pretty used to fighting, so he’s pretty calm and collected during a battle. Rowan has no battle experience at all, so he’d probably panic, but he’d protect others with him before he’d protect himself. Piper is an outlier, she can’t really run or fight soooo she’d probably have to rely on others for protection. Dria has been trained in combat, but she’s never actually had to use it, or witness a battle, so she’d probably freeze up or panic at having to fight - she’d rather talk things out than fight. Then there are the hardened battle veterans like Briant and Tamber, people who are practically bred for combat or soldiers their bodies would probably react on their own based off of pure reflex XD
26. How does your character prepare for bed? Do they sleep at all or can they stay awake for days on end without trouble?
Ahahaha yeah again this depends on the character.
Piper is NOT a morning person do not bother her before 10 AM she’ll kill you
Rowan is an early riser and he’s early to bed! He has a very well balanced lifestyle, if not a boring one ahaha
Kayle can pretty much fall asleep anywhere, he’s had to sleep on the road plenty of times so he doesn’t really care if he has a bed or not. He’s had to stay awake for long periods too so he has practially no set sleep schedule. He’s a very light sleeper, since he sleeps on the road a lot and has to be ready to fight off any animals or people that might try to attack him in the open. when he DOES have a deep sleep, however, he tends to be plagued by strange dreams or nightmares.
