I was wondering if you're doing requests and if so can we have some headcannons of mob Leo having and raising a baby with him? I also saw that you had headcannons of the other brothers but not one for him yet

of course! I've been waiting for someone to ask for this!

Having and raising a baby with Mob! Leo!

He is so attentive throughout the entire pregnancy

you seriously couldn't have asked for more support

and he was thrilled when he found out you guys were expecting

his face lit up and he kept bragging about how there's going to be a little him running around

always claims he doesn't care if it's a boy or a girl

((he secretly really wants a boy and then your next one to be a girl))

(((he does not tell you he wants a next one but it's clear he does)))

whenever he gets home he kisses you and then bends down to kiss your belly and say hi to the baby

a protective hand on your belly the entire pregnancy

secretly finds it really hot when you start showing

"you've never looked more beautiful" and his eyes (as well as the desire in his voice) show he's telling the truth

cool calm and collected when you go into labour

internally freaking the fuck out but would never show you that

holding your hand, getting you to breathe and supporting you the entire delivery

when the baby arrives things do change a little

he did not expect an infant to cry so much

he needs his sleep, how else will he run a crime empire

a lot of the initial work does fall on you

but when he see's how much you're struggling to take care of the baby, the house and yourself he steps up to the plate

even brought the baby to a few meetings with him

when they would gurgle and make baby sounds he'd deadpan stare down anyone who sighed or looked annoyed

truly fatherhood looks good on him

as the kid gets older there are a couple issues, he wants the kid to be tough and take no shit

he can be a bit of a hardass on them

very "no second place trophies" type guy

but he does instil a good work ethic on his kid

teaches respect and self control

usually very good at keeping his temper and showing a lot of self restraint

even that one time the kid was like 5 and drew on his Gucci white suit in permanent marker...

he laughed it off but it never happened again

typical dad stuff like playing catch in the garden

movie nights are always Saturday

this man has been more disney films than he cares to admit

genuinely and generally a really good dad

would do anything for his family

although sometimes it does feel like it's for appearances more than anything

however he really comes into his own when he has to take charge

like if you and the kid/s are sick, he will cook and clean and take time off work. Running around after all of you and you all sleep in one bed to make sure he's around to get you anything lest one of you wake up in the early hours

utterly clueless about the signs that his daughter is gay as fuck

until he walks in on a full on make-out session between his kid and her "best friend"

kind of just stands there in the door way, staring, mouth agape for a second or two

then it's "right....I'll let you get back to it"

there will be a conversation later, he's not thrilled because he had big plans for his kid and this isn't quite how he saw her life going but he's not upset/angry

just a little taken by surprise

"were you worried about telling me, is that why you kept it a secret"

she nods her head

"You know nothing would make me love you less, right?"

there's a hug and some tears from his kid that he wipes away as he holds her

he does, however, have some words to say about his daughter's choice in gf...

turns out the whole "no one is good enough for my babygirl" this extends to women too

at the end of the day, he just wants her happy with someone who treats her right

He also had no idea

when he walks in on her and her gf kissing he's stunned

immediately closes the door tho and walks away

he's actually happy she's a lesbian, although he did not see that coming at all

"hey, at least I don't have to worry about you getting knocked up, right?"

he isn't upset at all, loves her for who she is

"I have gay friends, you know. Why would you think I'd care? Besides, I like [insert gf's name here], she's a nice kid"

there's not much to say on this one

literally does not give a fuck, doesn't treat her different, doesn't need a conversation about it

when he walks in on his daughter kissing a girl he just asks what he went in to ask and leaves because 0 fucks given

like he would open the door, his daughter and her gf pull apart and freeze out of fear and he'd be like: "your mum wants to know if you want the chicken or the lasagne for dinner. Also if you don't pick lasagne I'm disowning you. Is your girlfriend staying to eat with us?"

He knew, he knows everything

like from a young age he knew

it was the way she played with her dolls

(having the girl dolls sacrifice the boy dolls brutally and then they'd go out shopping and live together happily without a man as "the bestest friends")

he also doesn't care at all though

He would walk in, see, say "oh, sorry. I'll leave you to it" and walk off

but, being his kid, she knows how he is and would still want to talk about it

"What's there to say? You like women, congrats, so do I. Do you want a prize for it?"

1 one thing he isn't chill about is the lesbian breakup drama

he doesn't like it because, even though he will, he isn't the biggest fan of hurting or getting revenge on women and girls,

so it pisses him off when she get's her heart broken and he has to come up with a way for her to get even

is kind of invested in the drama though, secretly.

like, he learnt a whole bunch of terminology from his kid that he found cool about lesbians.

Love this so much, they would be fiercely protective for the most part. I'm going to separate it between if they have sons or daughters because they would react differently <3

With daughters:

He notices a change, she's more quiet and reserved. Getting up later on school days and dragging her feet when it's time to go in.

He asks directly "what's going on? Is something wrong at school?"

she starts to cry and explains that some of the girls have been calling her names and because the popular boy hates her and they're sucking up to him. He hates her because his dad lost his job due to Leo

Leo tells her exactly what to do: "take. no. shit." They want to name call? He gives her some names she can call back and trust me, they are not playground friendly.

They want to shove past her? Put pins in the shoulder part of your school blazer, see how they like shoving you then.

Do not fight fair, stand your ground and take no prisoners

he pays a visit to the popular kids dad and tells him a few things about how to raise his kid. No body messes with his kid after that.

With sons:

His kid is pretty upfront about it "dad, I'm getting picked on because this kid's dad lost his job because of you"

he's stunned and feels bad but has a plan

This kid is pussying around actually hitting Leo's son, so make the first hit. Make it hard, knock him on his ass and then tell him that his dad's job won't be the only thing he'll lose when Leo finds out about this.

That shut that kid up for good.

Mob! Raph

With daughters:

He's legit heartbroken when he finds out she's getting picked on because she got in a bar brawl with this other kid's dad

he knows it's his fault and that fact his kid is suffering for his actions... Not ok.

He's... Not great with advice for children

"Get 'em in the bathroom. No cameras, no witnesses. The throat is the best place to aim for, just don't let 'em bite you, ok?"

when he gets called into the principle's office because his little girl made another little girl need stitches, he only has this to say "Teach your kids not to be little shits, because I'm teaching mine to break jaws"

He's protective but also doesn't want his son to back down and be a coward

a little "come on, kid. Anger is the only emotion that's gonna solve this, don't cry..."

He just threatens the principle after that incident, Raph is big enough to always get his own way

With daughters or sons, he wouldn't be different:

He does not beat around the bush

he also does not play fair or like that his kid is suffering because of shit he did

"Bite 'em"

*the child was too stunned to speak*

"Make them regret even looking at you, leave them bleeding and maimed with chunks missing"

that was a speedy call to the school for him

because Mikey's kid is crazy enough (like their daddy) to go through with it

he arrives and his kid has blood on his/her teeth and dripping down their chin onto their white shirt

When Mikey sounds calm, he's most dangerous

"I wonder how the school board and papers would feel about my kid being bullied so badly he/she had to resort to this kind of violence to defend themselves. I think you'd lose your job, I think this school would make every headline for the next two months. I know they'll find you face down in the river not long after..."

No expulsion! Yay!

Mikey is also banned from school ground forever...

With daughters:

He just imparts some psychological warfare tactics

gasslighting these girls, making them question their own sanity

"...And then, when that's all done, you start dropping very subtle hints that you're the one leaving the beheaded pigeons in their bag, on their doorstep, ect. Not too obvious, but so *they* know it was you"

it's pure insanity what he tells them to do

but if they won't do it, they know he will so...

It gets ugly so fast

like, the bully drops out of school for a stay in an inpatient treatment centre bad

he's never been more proud of his kid after that

He really hates bullies and loves making them pay.

With sons:

Similar to Raphael, he doesn't want to raise a "pussy" as he puts it....

More direct as Donnie has no respect for anymore really but values women more then men still

gives his son a knife and gloves and tells him to cut this kid's dad's break line

and to draw a picture in crayon of the kid's dad in hospital with lots of blood and x's for eyes

that gets him called into the school

but Donnie just twists it into a sympathetic gesture (it clearly was not) and his son gets away with it

he Hates bullies. Like, a lot.

She's still grounded

it's been 2 months but she found her with a goddamn boy- not just /with/ a boy but in his *bed*

livid wouldn't even begin to cover how Leo felt

it took all his daughter's strength to hold him back from beating the living daylights out this teen boy who defiled his daughter

but something is different now

she's been quiet, not protesting when he gives her chores or sends her to bed. not even asking to have friends round when she knows she's grounded

he goes up to her room to talk, maybe she's been punished enough?

"Hey" she says softly, knocking on the door "what's up with you? you've been...distant"

she turns to face him, sat on her bed, and when she sees the gentle look on his face she can't contain it anymore

bursts into tears

"y-you know- you know Harry? The- the-the boy you found me with?..." she makes out between sobs

his mind returns to that night and he goes quiet. Angry again

"I'm sorry, daddy. I'm really sorry"

he doesn't get it at first, then she points to the trash can

he glances over and see's the pregnancy test box empty

he understands

the way Leo sees it, he has 2 choices: 1 scream. scream until his lungs bleed and she hates him forever or, 2 be there for his crying kid

he chooses the latter

he puts a stiff arm around her and she nuzzles into the crook of her father's neck, still inconsolable.

it's difficult to hide the shame, the disappointment, the anger....He had such big plans for her, now adding a kid to those plans? forget about it...

but he gets this one chance to show her that she can come to him about anything

it's going to be a long next few months...

Mob! Raph

His not-so-baby-anymore little girl is the light of his life

like, he's the proudest dad you can find

adores her, beyond words

so when he goes to tell her dinner is ready (without knocking, because it's his house and he can do what he wants) and finds her curled in a ball on her bed, crying and holding a positive pregnancy test... He loses it

screaming, punching the door, more screaming, ripping posters off her walls, did I mention he was yelling?

lots of "how could you be so stupid?" and "I raised you better than this!"

after about 20 minutes he calms down

it's nothing the daughter of this hot head isn't used to by now, but it's still scary for her

it's the look in her eyes that calms him the most- the look of fear as she clutches her stomach

a maternal sign

she wants the baby

"This motherfucker who knocked you up, he gonna stick around?" he asks

"I don't care if he does or not, fuck him! I've got you, don't I?"

a big sigh from Raph

"you've got me, kid"

he's not happy, how could he be?

but he knows she'll make a great mother

and he loves her too much, and is way too much of a pushover when it comes to her to be mad for too long

Mob! Mikey

He guesses she's pregnant

the morning sickness is a dead give away

he is Pissed, with a capital P

drags his daughter back to her room, any dolls or stuffed toys are ripped apart with his bare hands

"And this?" he hisses "What sort of mother had a ballerina jewellery music box? You're a child having a child! A stupid child at that! Insolent, pathetic and careless!"

none of this is yelled, his tone is almost a whisper

his daughter is crumpled down on the floor just weeping, waiting for storm Mikey to pass

"I thought I raised you better, I really did"

He leaves the house at that point, just walks straight past her as she sobs and goes to his brother's

they calm him down, a lot actually

remind him there are "options"

when he gets back to the house, he does say sorry

he knows he flies off the handle a little too quickly

he says he'll stand with her no matter what she chooses, but he knows what he would prefer for her to do

she sleeps in his bed that night, he holds his little girl and they whisper to each other until they both pass out

their relationship has always had rough patches like this but nothing they can't get through

Mob! Donnie

He knows

he always knows, he knew she snuck out, her knew she slept with that boy, he knows everything

so when she comes home to a seemingly empty house and goes up to her room, she;s in for a surprise

the room is liner with plastic sheets, like shower curtains, everywhere

the floor, the walls, there's a table in the middle of the room with a sheet covering something...

not something- someone

it's him, the boy, the one time hookup...

"oh fuck" she whispers

"oh fuck, indeed" Donnie's voice comes come behind her

"What did you do, dad? Is he dead?"

he smirks at that, which is dangerous. Only the worst kind of things amuse her father

"Dead? No. He wouldn't be worth the clean up. He just has a little... Procedure. To make sure he doesn't ever fuck up your life again"

she's confused, then he pulls out the positive pregnancy test you threw in a mall bathroom trash can last week.

How??? How does he always know?

"Now, darling..." He begins

((He never calls you darling, unless you're in deep shit with him))

"Are you going to be a good girl, and do what needs to be done? Or are you going to make daddy angry and disappointed all over again?" He leans in closer "I know which one I'd pick"

"I-I-I want the baby, dad" it's barely a whisper, mostly it's a plea

the first thing that comes to mind- doting.

this man will wait on you hand a foot when you're pregnant

you have to tell him to back off a little bit

he didn't even flinch when you told him you were pregnant, he had baby fever forever and always so he was ready

he gets you every pregnancy craving anf keeps a list of your favourite ones

he tries them too, obvs

because he's such a foody

he plays music for your belly in the later stages of pregnancy because he was told it's good for their developemtn and rubs gives your belly a kiss after he gives you one every time he sees you

and when that baby comes....

He may be a hardass but that kid could do no wrong in his eyes

even during the terrible 2's when they're hitting out and throwing tantrums every 2 minutes he's calm and collected

they are the apple of his eye, well and truly

his fears start to show when they're schooling age, however

because he's worried about bullying and such

but he figures he'll get ahead of it first

trains his kid

"And what do we do if someone calls you a name?"

"get them in the bathroom later where there are no witnesses!"

"that's correct!"

and you're overhearing this like "Raphael what the fuck are you teaching our child that for???"

the *most* protective pappa anyone could ask for

he is feared at parent-teacher evenings

because no one wants to tell him that his kid is kind of mouthy

or that they gave a teacher a black eye

the teacher was in their personal space, though, and yelling

he was proud of them for that as well, excited his kid was "moving up a weight group" as he put it, and getting into fights with adults

he's a force to be reckoned with as a father

he's not super strict, either, but he does have certain rules

and gods help those kids if they try and push back against his authority

he'll take a lot of shit from them, but 0 disrespect

He knows a little about rebelling so he's not totally surprised when he catches his teen daughter sneaking out

but he appreciates guts more than anything

and it was a pretty ballsy move for his kid to defy him like this

she thinks she's being so slick as well, waiting for him to go to bed and creeping out

"And what plans do you have at this time of night? He better be worth the grounding you're about to get"

aannddd she knows she's done for

but she's gotta try, y'know?

with the most innocent look and a sweet as pie voice she turns to him like:

"Daddy, I'm just going out to see a movie with Claire. You remember her, right? No boys or alcohol, just a movie"

he's not fooled

"Oh really, open your bag then?"

time to drop the act

"fine. How long am I grounded for? "

he tells her it's forever but she knows it'll be like a week as per usual

stomps back up the stairs muttering about how she can't wait to move out at 18

ok but he's such a big softy

like his daughter could get away with murder, both figuratively and literally.

but he doesn't like her doing anything that could her hurt, like walking around the streets of New York late at night....

he catches her shimmying down a drainpipe out her bedroom window

she's super slow at it so he just goes downstairs and waits for her

"I told you no"

she half jumps out of her skin

she really didn't think he'd know she was doing this

"But dad!"

"I said no, it's 11:30 at night, I don't want you out at this time"

"I'm just going to a friend's house, please? Her dad's picking me up and everything, he'll drop me back too!"

puppy dog eyes galore

he thinks about it for a minute

"I'll drop you off. And pick you up. And if you aren't there, I'm sending your body guards out for you and they will embarrass you in front of your friends. I'll make sure of that"

"Thank you, daddy!"

big hugs

he makes the guards embarrass her anyways as punishment

Oh god he's such a wild card as a parent

but also such a massive push over as a parent

like his kids really aren't used to being told "no"

but when he says "no" he fucking means it

so when he catches his daughter with a bottle of raspberry vodka in one hand and his car keys in the other... shit is about to hit the fan

she hears it before she even realises what's happened

the bottle of vodka smashing on the floor

then there's what he says

because Mikey doesn't yell, he actually gets real quiet when he's angry

"Is this what I fucking get? for raising you, caring for you, protecting you? this blatant disregard for my rules and wishes? Who are you sneaking out to see? Because I fucking swear that if it's the boy you've been making eyes at all semester, he won't make it to school on Monday or ever again. Do you understand?"

he sort of realises he fucked up once she starts balling her eyes out and shaking

after that he clams down and they go back inside for some daddy/daughter rebuilding trust.

she's fine the next day but never sneaks out again

one dad you do not want to fuck with

he plays the long game

he see's her sneak out, and follows

obvs he's super discreet and she thinks she's gotten away with it

until her and her friends are drinking and partying and dancing, until they feel comfortable...

then he strikes

armed guards knock down the door, guns pointed in everyone's faces

there's a bit of a scuffle (drunk "hero" teenage boy trying to show he's a big shot) but he gets knocked out pretty quickly

then Donnie appears

he grabs her by the hair, pulling her face close to his and hissing that it's time for them to leave

in the car on the way back, he's eerily calm

she's trying to do damage control, lot's of "i'm sorry" and "it'll never happen again"

"Oh, I know it won't"

she's confused

"I don't want bad influences on my daughter. so you're going to a private school and I've been assured, it's very strict. Your friends are all going to fail their classes and get kicked out of school and they will be made to know it's your fault and I expect a 5000 word essay on why this was such a bad idea in my hand by Wednesday"

she just sobs

after the essay is handed to him, he "forgives her" and doesn't continue with his plan.

but she never does shit like that again.

He's shocked when you tell him you're pregnant, Like really shocked.

"Are we ready for this?"

But the fear very quickly turns into excitement

He becomes a little obsessive about the biological side of it

how a baby is you and him mixed together into a person, what could be more special than that?

Becomes protective of you almost to a fault,

won't let you drive anywhere, won't let you go out alone, gets super involved in your diet and starts telling you how you can't even drink decaf coffee because it could still hurt the baby

You are being controlled well and truly

but you get it, this baby is his everything along with you, he wants to make sure the both of you are safe and healthy

but you still need to do something about him

You have to sit him down and tell him to back the fuck off a little

he's thrown, completely

"I just need us to do what's best for the baby!"

"While you still drink and smoke and can go outside the house?? I feel like I'm living in a cage, Mikey!"

That really snaps him out of it

but also depresses him a lot

he remembers what it's like to live in a cage, he's actually quite hurt by what you said

you end up saying sorry and so does he, he's a lot more relaxed after that

you still see the occasional pained look when he sees you cooking eggs and you have to remind him that the baby is fine and so are you!

Oh when the little kid arrives...

He's practically a changed man

I mean, he's not as hostile to people, he's not as willing to start fights, he even talks about getting out of the business with his brothers

"How am I supposed to take care of a kid if I'm doing time?"

his crazy unhinged side is still there, but it's transformed into a dad unhinged crazy side.

Like the weird and wonderful games he comes up with to play with the kid

He's truly a gifted father, can go a little too far though

saw a kid pull his kid's hair on the playground and you saw him reach for his gun

you didn't need to say anything, he remembered he can't just kill a 3 year old for being a 3 year old but he's so damn ready to throw down for you and that baby.

oh god that would be hard as all fuck, hope you’re prepared for this because it’s not gonna be what y’all are hoping for

so he’s shocked when he finds out you’re pregnant 

you guys are always safe and he doesn’t know how this could have happened

when you say you wanna keep the baby he’s even more shocked

but it’s your body and he respects your right to do so

he’s pretty attentive throughout the pregnancy, not exactly at your beck and call but he’s there for you

very weirded out by how your priorities change and you focus more on being a mother than being with him

this makes him exceedingly jealous

normally refers to the baby as “that thing growing inside of you” or “your baby” instead of “our”

eventually this turns into a huge fight, screaming, crying, slamming doors

you tell him if he’s not ready to be a father you’re just gonna leave and he doesn’t want to lose you so he snaps out of it

when you go into labour he drops everything to be with you

he can’t stand to see you in that much pain but he gets through it, holding your hand the entire time

when you hand the baby to him his expression is just normal, there’s no emotion in his eyes

but he cradles the kid lets them grab his fingers and do baby stuff

he does grow to love the child but he can’t get over how you’re not entirely his anymore, now that you’re a mother

at first it looks like he’s just being a good dad, getting up in the middle of the night to feed the kid and dressing and changing them but eventually you work out that he’s using the baby as a tool

if the kid loves him more than you then he has the undivided attention and love of someone that he used to get from you

another fight breaks out

you have to explain that you’[re a family now and it doesn’t make you love him any less now that you have a kid, but the baby simply needs more attention than he does

he does not like this

cue threats of leaving with the baby and his lawyers being on speed dial

it calms down pretty quickly when you ask what you need to do to make this better

he breaks down crying

he just wants to know that you love him and nothing will change that

that he’s your one and only and that you will always care for him as much as you used to before the baby

things get better from then on out but it’s always in the back of your head how he was so ready to use an innocent baby as a bargaining chip

you tread lightly from then on even as things return to better than normal 

he’s a great dad, really, showers the kid with love and affection

does his share of the chores, makes sure you’re not overworked ect...

that kid truly wants for nothing and neither do you

a few more fights will happen but it’s nothing the two of you can’t get past

you just have to make sure as much of your energy goes into your relationship with him as it does with the baby
