ᒥ💀ᒧ— Hot take, but the line "He was your friend" said by Jim to Kraken!Ed about Izzy always bothers me. Was he Edward's friend?? He was a really shitty friend, if so. Edward was terrible as the Kraken, don't get me wrong. But, Izzy wasn't a good guy before he lost his leg, either. He only tried to help Edward because it served him. Before that, he was thriving in Edward being Blackbeard again. You see that at the end of season 1, he's excited to feed Edward's darkness. This is just my opinion. Maybe a bad one, be gentle with me, we all interpret media differently.
i lived, bitch. jokes aside - the procedure went as well as possible, the staff looking after me were wonderful, and my body has immediately responded to everything by sending me into a massive combined endometriosis / fibromyalgia flare! however, at least i'm on The Good Painkillers for the first time in a very long time (since march 19th when that stupid consultant told me that not taking pain relief would cure my migraine - which is now on day 101, so he was clearly wrong). plan is to sleep, lurk on mobile, watch some crap tv, and generally let myself be a complete slug for a few days until things calm down. i'll be chatting in ims here and on discord when my brain is working (feel free to ask me for the latter if you don't already have it!). love you all, hope you're having a good week! 🧡

I have been at the veterinary er since 9am this morning. I worked at 4am and speed ran bookkeeping and got outta there by 5:30 am. it's 2pm now. I slept like 2 hours last night I'm living on dr pepper and a dream
(dog started projectile vomiting so we're here!! they think it's gastrointestinal issues (peep my previous post about my dog being sick) and are sending us home. some time. maybe even today)
i’m taking a little hiatus prob until next week. march hasn’t been kind to me - we’re only the 13th and i had to deal with a mild concussion, my car breaking down, getting a stomach flu & bringing my dog to the emergency vet 🫠 so i’m just gonna take things slow for a bit, but you may see cute graphics or replies to plotting messages in the meantime. i hope everyone is doing well & have a good weekend!
