Well, it’s official; my phone battery is dying a violent, cruel death.  It will barely charge (taking 6+ hours on a good day) and barely holds that charge for 12 hours.  I haven’t gotten it to work at all since noon.  Can’t really complain, it is nearly three years old.  Just ordered a new battery, should arrive the same day I get home.  Here’s hoping it’ll solve the problem!

I'm angry. 

When I call a company during their opening hours, I expect them to be able to help me. If something has happened due to accident, error or one of those unforeseen things, well that's ok I suppose but when I call to find out why the hell I've been charged delivery for my mobile phone twice, I do NOT appreciate being told;

"Well I'd like to help you but our computers are down for maintenance and won't be up again until 12 o'clock."

You know, I'd like to not punch you in the face but my fist is already in the air! Run maintenance when you close! I'm pretty sure when you call me and say; 'why haven't you paid the bill' and I tell you something like; 'well I'd like to pay the bill, by my give-a-shit processor is down at the moment' you won't be best pleased. 

Is everyone incompetent at the moment? It seems that every company I've had to deal with is run by and employs people who have lobotomies as part of the hiring process. 

Plus, I didn't even want to change companies and wasn't told I was until I got a letter from the other to say I've cancelled my contract with them that I knew. Now I'm stuck with a company that can't seem to use its brain but can send me text messages all the live long day!
