Hello!! How would one enchant letters? I've seen tons of enchanting tips but they were almost all meant to work on the caster. But, I'd like the enchantment to work on the reader? Something that would give of a softer, sweeter vibe to the letter.

I think you’ll find Dove’s Blood Ink would be perfect for your intent! I would concentrate on the intended and what feelings you want to bring about. It’s a marriage between words and magic, both assisting the other in the attempt.
If you really want to go for it. Cleanse the paper before you write. Run through smoke, or scatter salt over it. Write your note either completely in the ink, or if you’re including something specific like “I hope you’re feeling better” write that part in the ink.Sign it in the ink as well to bind your intent to the ink and the reader.
You can add pressed flowers to the paper as well that correspond with your intent, or even spray the envelope with a fragrance that corresponds.
If that’s not enough, then seal it both physically and magically. So that the intent contained inside is released on the person who opens it. Get witchy and say an incantation while you do it, or draw a sigil right on the seam. That way, once the seam is broke to open the letter, it releases that softening and love stuff you mentioned.
