Regarding my "housewife" post I made on Mobity. I wanna expand on what I mean lol. So have my Discord yappings.

Verity in the first video literally yells that "Mob is his". Chases after him to kill him, and ONLY stopped it when Mob said that he "came back for him {Verity}" in the second part.

Verity does not want Mob to even interact with Villagers, a literal MOB in the game, the monster doesn't want the player to interact with them. "You don't need anyone else, you have me" is something Verity says {which is where I get KinitoPET vibes from him, in a good way, I like Kinito!} to Mob himself, hell at some point Verity basically says that it's safer to stay near the "base" {house} and the area close to it.

Verity doesn't want Mob to leave the base. Verity doesn't want Mob to leave the house. Mob made a small farm in the back of the house to make food to eat in the game.

Verity restocked the furnaces. Verity gave Mob the enchantment books after Mob got the 10 levels Verity told him to get at the skeleton farm. Verity is a provider telling Mob what to do at the same time.

When Mob brought his friend Twix to the Minecraft world he says he'd being trying to be normal for 3 days at this point, trying to pretend everything is fine. Twix tries to help, and does, before ultimately being eaten by Verity in his actual monster form so Mob can't talk to his own friend anymore and is alone with Verity once more in the "base" {house}.

Which has its own can of worms since, in canon, Twix and Mob talk over Discord before he joins the world. I like to believe Verity can break through the game's screen into the real world somehow and devour the human's real bodies so they are TRULY gone. Stretch? Yes. But also Mob's canonically dumb af, and I think my headcanon works better lol

Mob can't disobey Verity. Mob literally TRIPS and accidently drops Verity's ball form into lava, turning around Verity is alive but very pissed off. Verity is yelling- borderline SCREAMING at Mob for what he accidently did {it wasn't even on purpose!} and ONLY calms down when Mob frantically has to keep repeating it was an accident and he was sorry.

All in all, what I'm saying is that this silly Minecraft Horror YT series, to me, feels like the monster is trying to turn the player into some kind of housewife in an INCREDIBLY toxic, possessive, and controlling environment.

And I love it. Because the story is really dark and the possibilities of horrors are endless.
