he got a bonsai tree for his desk. calls it “little lokes.” waters it every day. talks to it. “you wouldn’t believe what they had me doing today.”
Sometimes he just… trails his fingers along the wood paneling at the TVA. deep, mournful sigh. “y’know… he used to talk back.
He’s started referring to TVA’s timeline monitoring as “tree husband maintenance.” A branched timeline pops up? “Oop, gotta go check on the old man. He’s acting up.” The timeline is not Loki. But also? Maybe it is.
He won’t let anyone sit on wooden benches anymore. “Show some respect.”
He goes to a new timeline and sees a really big, ancient tree? Hands on hips, approving nod, deep exhale. “Yep. He’d like this one.

Loki's Jontun form has gloves on cause he can't touch people since he would burn them
Loki mainly crafts his own weapon and powers them with his magic (like a poison knife)

Loki weighs like a Frost giant even in his Asgardian form even though he is small the illusion doesn't change his weight (from what I know he is like 500 pounds) so mobius really has a hard time dragging Loki away
On a sunny day, Loki really has sun allergies but it's very light but worse in his jotunn form, it's one of his weaknesses, that the burns really don't heal that fast
Loki has every birthday gift he was given because it is the only time he feels loved in a way, especially by Thor who would just get Loki a plushie
Speaking of plushies Loki has a bit of separation anxiety, it is not that bad but he does panic when someone he loves doesn't text back, like when mobius goes somewhere unannounced, as kids Thor and Loki would share a room cause of it, sometimes thor had to hold Loki when he sleeps, as an adult thor taught plushies would remind him that he is always with Loki
Loki's grave (the Infinity War Loki) would be visited by Thor every day, he would clean it and put plushies and flowers on the grave
Loki has a lot of pets some of them are Thori (a hellhound from Hel) Ikol (a nod to comic, and a magpie) a snake, and a cat named Clementine
(This is more like a modern Loki au) Loki would have used his magic to make himself an apartment to stay on earth, Loki would come home to Clementine and hang out with her when he gets home

When frigga met mobius she was noting but happy and knew Loki was happy with mobius and other way around, she was glad her son found some he can be real with

↳ eventually you got moved to a cubicle and everyone was whispering saying ‘Mobius looks like a lost puppy, have you seen him?’ You shook your head and they explained that he had gotten very fond of you at the front desk, so when you moved he thought something had happened to you. Since then you made it your #1 priority to find him and let him know that you’d been moved. Speed walking through the hallway, you looked right and left at every off-shooting hallways from the main one. Next thing you knew you ran right into him, tripping over your own feet, but instead of falling you found his hands against the back of your arms, keeping you upright, “now I see why they keep you behind a desk,” he said teasingly, before you went on to explain where you’d been relocated to.
Surprises — since you don’t get to leave the TVA, Mobius started bringing back small little items from different worlds and time periods for you. Usually Ravonna gets to keep the big things, that’s why Mobius made sure to give you things that he could slip in his pocket and manage to sneak over to your cubicle with. Sometimes its something that lasts, like a small snow globe, jewelry, books, postcards, etc. Other times it’s something fleeting, like a flower, a scented candle, a snack, etc. While he himself enjoys some of the cool stuff he picks up, he far more prefers the joy that lights up your face when he comes to the corner of your cubicle and hands you something new. There’s nothing like the way you gasp and look up asking, “what is it?” eager for an explanation.
Lunch — the TVA is always so bust, naturally, that you don’t really get time together aside from brief moments when you visit each other’s cubicles, so lunch has become a special time. You meet at the exact same table, usually at the exact same time. When he’s late you get nervous that something’s happened to him, when you’re late, he worries that you’ve found somebody else. However you both always wind up at the same table, never more than 5 min late.

He’s a total softie — despite being pretty fearless and witty with missions and variants, he’s an absolute sweetheart. He’s got a soft spot for the vintage things and tradition, like opening doors for you, pulling your chair out for you, and standing when you enter a public space. He remembers birthdays, anniversaries (even the small ones like “I-first-met-you-day”), dates, and the little things. || again, despite being pretty tough when it comes to dealing with variants, he’s definitely in touch with his emotions and they often control his impulses more often than not.
Goodbyes — since Mobius focuses on the particularly dangerous time criminals, you can’t deny that sometimes you get nervous about him going out in the field. He usually goes to investigate the aftermath, but regardless you’re aware that it could be dangerous, you never know. So, you make it a point to be there before he goes. “Just- be careful, okay?” You ask, fiddling with his tie. / “I’m always careful,” he says with a chuckle, you perk an eyebrow with a questionable quirk of your lips, “alright, I’ll try harder, only for you though.” Some of the other agents are a little jealous that he has someone to see him off.
↳ when he comes back he always finds you, wherever you may be. You wrap your arms around his neck and sigh his name with relief. “It’s been so long, I was so worried,” you admitted. / He chuckled, “I’ve only been gone an hour.” / “Not here, it’s felt like-“ / “days,” he nodded, remembering the time change from TVA time to other times. With that he drew you back into a hug and held you for a while longer. Somehow moments like these never lasted long enough, no matter the time.
Overtime — between the two of you Mobius is more likely to work overtime, usually because he feels he’s just on the brink of discovering something big. You often offer your help in searching through the files and evidence, but sometimes you gently try and pull him away from it for just a few minutes. “Mobius,” you called, but his eyes remained on his desk. You leaned back against the edge of his desk, slowly sliding yourself further inward. He lifts his hand out of your way and places it on the other side of you when you’re finally right in front of him. He leans back looking up at you, “sorry, I’m just- I think I’m finally on the right track,” he says. You sigh, placing yourself across his lap, arms reaching around his neck, “ten minutes?” You ask. There’s a pause before, “alright, that I can do,” he smiles, wrapping his arms around you and leaning back in his chair.

Mobius can be very subtle in his affection, and isn’t a big fan of PDA. It’s the small things that he does, whether it be a reassuring squeeze of your shoulder, or how his smile always seems just a fraction wider when he’s looking at you.
B = Best friend (What would they be like as a best friend?)
He’s the best friend, super helpful around the office and everyone knows it. Showers you in compliments. He’s supportive, patient, but also isn’t afraid to tell you ‘no’ or give honest and blunt advice when you ask for it.
Can also be a bit of a gossip, especially when he’s had a drink or two.
C = Cuddles (Do they like to cuddle? How would they cuddle?)
He loves cuddling on the couch after a long day of work- his arm draped over you, your head in his lap, his head on your lap, it’s a moment of calm in your hectic lives that he cherishes deeply.
While you might need to initiate most of the time, he can just tell when you need comfort and will do so wordlessly.

Mobius knows that one day his work will be complete, and the two of you will be riding that sweet, sacred timeline together toward whatever comes next. He enjoys the humanity in that there is still so much unknown, undetermined even by him- but his greatest hope is that it consists of him and you.
As of now he has no domestic skills whatsoever, but is willing to try his best.
E = Ending (If they had to break up with their partner, how would they do it?)
He would only do so if he felt your relationship was putting you in legitimate danger (from the TVA or otherwise). It would be very upfront, and he would do everything in his power to make the separation amicable.
F = Fiance(e) (How do they feel about commitment? How quick would they want to get married?)
He doesn’t feel the need to put limitations or labels on whatever the two of you are. You’re happy? He’s happy? That’s more than enough. You would have to be the one to push for a change in the relationship, whether that’s an official committed relationship or an open one.
G = Gentle (How gentle are they, both physically and emotionally?)
He’s already a rather level-headed guy but with you he dials it down to soft mode.
Of course his experience in the field makes him capable in combat, but you never see that side of him. For you it’s only gentle touches, maybe firm and reassuring if that’s what you need.
H = Hugs (Do they like hugs? What are their hugs like?)
Mobius loves hugs, if the two of you are alone. One of his favorite things is draping his arm over you while you watch a movie on the sofa. He doesn’t get a lot of physical contact in general, and is more than happy to give it all to you.

It doesn’t happen right away, and you’re definitely the one to say it first. He doesn’t realize how much power those words hold until he hears them from you- and when he says them back it’s like he’s flying.

It would take a lot to make Mobius jealous. To him, it doesn’t make sense to get intimidated by other people infiltrating your relationship- he believes in you and the bond you two have.
If he ever were jealous, it would have been before the two of you were together-- but that was more because he didn’t understand his own feelings and was worried someone else would catch your eye.
K = Kisses (What are their kisses like? Where do they like to kiss you? Where do they like to be kissed?)
Cheek and forehead kisses- and lots of them. It’s a quick way of showing his affection for you, even if you’re just walking down the hall together he’ll take a moment to give you a quick kiss on the forehead.
When you’re alone or lying around in bed he nuzzles your neck a lot, peppering it with soft, lazy kisses. He also loves it when you initiate kisses, specifically on the lips- he likes it when you’re forward and assertive.
L = Little ones (How are they around children?)
He has such a soft spot for kids.
As for his own, it’s not his priority. If they happen? Amazing, he’s gonna be the best, most supportive dad in the galaxy. He’ll be amazed with your kid every passing day and will never forget to tell you so.
Great listener? He will sit and listen to your little tyke babble nonsense tales for hours with a smile on his face and chime in with a ‘That’s incredible’ every now and then
M = Morning (How are mornings spent with them?)
Mobius is used to getting up very early for work, and never had a problem with it before he met you. When the two of you wake up together, he finds himself hitting the snooze button on the alarm clock one too many times.
Once you finally drag yourselves out of bed he’ll make himself coffee and ask what you’ve got planned for the day. He’s usually the one to leave first, and presses a long kiss into your temple before he goes.
N = Night (How are nights spent with them?)
The two of you enjoy a lot of quiet nights together. You could be doing something together or completely separate things, but you like being around each other to wind down.
It’s not uncommon that sometimes he’ll be working late in the annex, and if you can you stay to work late with him so he’s not completely alone.
O = Open (When would they start revealing things about themselves? Do they say everything all at once or wait a while to reveal things slowly?)
He’s a good listener, possibly the best there ever was.
However, he’s very slow to open up. Initially will just talk work stuff, keep it rather professional. But over time if you ask the right questions, he opens up more and more about his interests, his beliefs, and his feelings.
P = Patience (How easily angered are they?)
This man’s patience could rival a saint’s.
Never once raised his voice to you. Even if you do have fights, he’ll turn to a silent frustration and may ask for some space so he can navigate his own feelings.
Q = Quizzes (How much would they remember about you? Do they remember every little detail you mention in passing, or do they kind of forget everything?)
He remembers everything, you’re the most important thing in his life so he takes special note in his mind of everything that matters to you. Even if it’s just something you mention once in passing-- he’s stored it in his memory bank.
All these little things just build the image of you in his head, and he likes having you there.
R = Remember (What is their favorite moment in your relationship?)
He enjoys the simple stuff. Dinner, drinks, chatting by the watercooler to break up the day.
There was this one time that you noticed him working late and stopped by his desk with a can of Josta for him and a regular Guaraná for yourself. When you offered to sit there and talk over the case, it flipped a switch in his brain how much he cared for you.
S = Security (How protective are they? How would they protect you?)
In almost any situation imaginable, he 100% has your back.
He trusts you to be independent and do your own thing, but the second you need support he’s there. Mobius is the ultimate conflict mediator and will help you out with any interpersonal work tiff you’re having.
T = Try (How much effort would they put into dates, anniversaries, gifts, everyday tasks?)
Time flows differently in the TVA, so the two of you don’t have anniversaries or birthdays in the traditional sense. When he has time, Mobius tries to surprise you with nicer dates.
One of his prominent love languages is acts of service, so he’ll bring you coffee, makes sure to snag your preferred lunch option before the cafeteria runs out, returns the pens you leave on his desk constantly so you don’t keep stealing more from the supply closet.
U = Ugly (What would be some bad habits of theirs?)
Besides never using a coaster?
Depending on your view of what a ‘bad habit’ is, Mobius can be a workaholic. When he’s on a case, it can be all consuming in his time and thoughts.
V = Vanity (How concerned are they with their looks?)
As long as he’s clean and decently shaved, Mobius doesn’t care much about his looks. If anything, he finds it curious that you’re attracted to him, but he’s not one to question it.
He finds beauty in what other people would think are mundane, but he’s convinced you’re the best thing he’s ever seen- doesn’t matter if you’ve got bedhead or are wearing perfectly pressed work attire.
W = Whole (Would they feel incomplete without you?)
Mobius doesn’t need another person to make him complete, he’s perfectly content with his life, work and given purpose-- romantic relationships weren’t even on his radar. That being said, he has so much empathy and love to give and you become the perfect recipient.
He’s surprised at himself how much he wants to spend time with you and be by your side. Together you’re two people that just bring out the best in each other.

He calls you by a cute nickname (bunny, kitten, honeybee, muffin... etc)
One of his favorite things in the universe is how much he can make you laugh. He plays it like a game sometimes, just to see how many times a day he can get you to crack up.

Cruelty. If you’re intentionally cruel to other people, he doesn’t want to keep in your company for very long.
He’s a salt of the earth kind of man, so anyone that has high expectations for appearances or extravagant worldly possessions he can’t really get behind.

Z = Zzz (What is a sleep habits of theirs?)
If only you could get this man to make sleep a habit. Regularly he’ll kiss you goodnight and stay up in another room to finish his work before joining you long after you fall asleep.
When he’s especially exhausted he will fall asleep in his suit, tie and all, but then be miffed in the morning that his clothes are all wrinkled as if he didn’t just do that to himself.

-he likes to keep his hands busy, so he has a lot of little hobbies to help with that. they range from whittling to crocheting to just learning tons of different kinds of knots. even if he can’t bring those little things with him, he’ll have something on him to fiddle with if he’s got nothing else to do.
-i’ve mentioned this before but. morningstar. blue, at some point, realizes the advantages of ditching the hammer and finding a more specialized bludgeon; after trying a few he probably settles on the morningstar. because, like, c’mon. spiked ball on a stick to hit things with. he’s the anti-armored unit one. if they’re up against something in plate, blue’s on them- very little can withstand a good blow or two from a morningstar. that’s the whole reason they were invented, really.
-contrary to red, he’s very very sensitive to changes in temperature, or at least when the temperature drops. it didn’t used to be that way, but after the ice cave witch incident, whatever exactly happened there, he has 0 tolerance to the cold. i like to think of hyrule’s climate as on the cooler side of temperate, or at least centrally, so let’s say the average peak temperature of the day is around 90ish, most of the day more like 80-85. if it dips below 78 blue’s bundling up. if it gets under 60 blue’s probably stealing red’s elemental rod, setting it to “fire” and using it as a space heater. if you do that thing where you put ice or a really cold bottle to his neck as a prank you’re probably going to get punched in the face.
-he sleeps with TONS of blankets. bedding in general, actually. like, if you go in his room while he’s sleeping, you won’t see him, you’ll just see a nest of like 8 blankets and 5 pillows all piled up on him. even in summer. red likes to steal them all to make blanket forts, and green joins him. vio claims neutrality (but totally still sits inside with them. no one can resist the allure of a blanket fort.)
-this one’s kinda random, but you know those freckles on your shoulders you get if you’re out in the sun a lot? blue has a LOT of them. they all do, to some extent, but he has the most. they’re on his arms too. he gets teased sometimes (playfully of course) that he looks like a fawn with all those spots. he’d argue, but it’s kind of true.
-after the whole canoe-waterfall affair, blue resolves to become a strong swimmer. most of the knights only have basic training in swimming; how to get to shore or at least shallow water, floating on their backs if they get tired, the kind of thing you’d teach a toddler. after that thing happens, blue kinda realizes how important it is, starts working on getting better at it and once he’s passable, drags the others along and makes them do it too. it becomes a weekly thing, going someplace to swim, and they probably play a bunch of different games like 2v2 water volleyball. blue spikes it way too much. marco polo comes with disastrous results because… let’s say green starts it off. vio’s the type to just duck underwater and sit at the bottom and hold his breath. blue is very fast and it’s very hard to catch him. and red just says ‘polo’ very, very quietly. no one plays by the rules.
-blue cleans a lot because it’s basically a method of anger management. like, if he’s really irritated with someone or something, and going out to train isn’t an option for whatever reason, he’ll clean. it’s cathartic and gives him something to focus on besides whatever’s getting on his nerves.
-if any of you have seen that chris fleming “COMPANY IS COMING” video, that’s blue when he’s mad. please watch it. it’s funny as hell.
-blue’s specialty in cooking is meats. like, vegetables who? never heard of her. but he can prepare pretty much any kind of meat perfectly. his only thing with it is that it can get kinda messy, but he’s willing to deal with that for a good rack of ribs or a plate of wings. who isn’t, honestly. (he takes a special kind of joy in tenderizing steaks. again, who doesn’t.)
-bubble wrap. it’s fun and satisfying. everyone loves it and especially blue. he likes to pop it when no one’s expecting it and scare people (read: shadow).
-in an au where shadow gets brought back, blue is assigned to teach shadow to fight without magic, or at least with an actual weapon along with magic. it’s partially because he won’t hesitate to beat the crap out of shadow if he has to. he’s a very merciless teacher to him. but, to his credit, shadow comes out of it pretty good with a sword in a relatively short amount of time. he also comes out of it very scared of blue.
He has decided to revamp his little office — once he found out that you were expecting, he tried to make everything / everywhere that you interacted with as comfortable as possible. That means no more metal chair for you to sit in when you swing by his little office cubicle. Now there’s a single cushioned chair, one that you’d never seen before. “Found it in the lost and found,” he explained, “I think it might’ve been in the way during a time door’s opening and just whoosh— came along.” Needless to say, it was superior comfort & brought you around to his office more often, which was exactly what he wanted.
He’s cautious about everything — not worried, just cautious. Since the TVA has several stories, he’s no longer sure about you working on the higher floors, he just feels like they’re dangerous. And at the same time, he doesn’t like the idea of you on the lower floors since then tend to be colder which could chill you. He even begins to question if the elevators are safe, with how fast they move and what not, but then again it’s better than the stairs.
↳ as a solution he manages to get a special TemPad from Ravonna that allows you to practically teleport with the doors instantly. Turns out it’s actually your favourite thing in the world, because now you can stop but his office every time there’s an update or new happening with the baby. Naturally a few times you’ve given him a jump scare, just showing up out of the blue. “Jeez,” he sighs, “I’ve created a monster.”
You don’t listen — seeing that he often asks you to "settle down" on doing some of the most basic things, you don't really listen. You still reach for that file a little too high for you. You keep your cutest pair of short heels, you wear your regular skirt, until you absolutely cannot button it any longer. "You know, I wish you would listen to me, just for once," he sighs, watching you push a chair across the room in order to stand on it and reach a file. "I've done this a million times, I think you're being a little sensitive," you state, "besides it's better than jumping to reach it, I used to do that all the-" / "You what?!" // Needless to say you can really stress him out, but he still wants you to have independence, so usually he just has to accept it.
Unabashedly reads prep / how to books — you've found him numerous time reading out loud to himself in his cubicle from pregnancy / what to expect books, although you find it ridiculous, having faith that you'll both be great parents without it, he gives you the "can't be too careful," and goes on his way reading them. You drew the line when he brought back a Medieval parenting guide from earth, into the trash it went ASAP. "That was a little dramatic," he winces.
Towards the end, he’s basically doing your job— after he saw you having to reach dramatically both up and down for a cabinet file he got a little concerned. It was official though when you dropped a file and had to make an attempt to pick it up about half-way through your 2nd trimester, the struggle was very real, but you managed with a bit of geometry and much effort. Needless to say he no longer sends his reports through your department, he takes them there himself.
↳ the next time you went to deliver files to their final resting place you were stopped on your way there. “Hey,” you smiled, stopping a little shocked at Mobius’ sudden appearance, “what’re you doing here?” You tilted your head. “You know, I was just thinking, man how fun is her job,” Mobius started, really selling it, despite you suspicious squint, as he put his hand on your back, “so I thought, hey,” he shrugged, “how bout you let me take these,” he slipped the files gently away from you, “up to the filing level, just- just for the thrill of it. Spice up my day.” // “Are- are you trying to keep me from doing my job now?” You had to smirk. // “What? No, I would never. I know you’re capable of everything your job requires,” He said, as he held the papers farther away from you when you reached for them.
Time — he claims it feels like time is going by slower ever since the pregnancy. You have to laugh when he brings his calendar to see if it matches up with yours, or when he watches the TVA clock to make sure his watch is still on pace with it. "Somebody's anxious," you giggle. / "No," he tries to deny it, "a little, alright," he gives in, "I just feel like time is going by so slowly, will it ever happen?" / You take his hand in yours, "trust me they'll be here, it'll happen."
