tw ramcoa mentions (we’re not a ramcoa system, just mentions of it)
we were in an emoteblr system server from a pretty popular emote blog that has caught some heat lately (won’t say who, though, as they’ve gotten enough harassment already)
we have an alter/part named D27 (along with another/more “normal” name), which was put in his proxy. the server owner opened up a ticket to make sure this alter “had access to number names”, which was basically checking to see if we’re a ramcoa survivor? which is not cool. (i think they have since changed their opinion to you must be abused with a number name, not just ramcoa abuse, but that was not the case when this happened last week). D27 is a 12 year old and anxious part, so they felt pressured into explaining the trauma and reasoning behind his name. needless to say, some of our protectors and caretakers were pissed (at the server owner). the owner eventually said it was iffy but fine, since D27s name was because of trauma in some way. we still very much disagree with their views on the number name discourse, despite them giving us a “clear” on D27
D27 anxiously messaged a much more supportive server, who very much agreed that number names are not and should not be ramcoa exclusive. this agreement included multiple ramcoa systems
so yeah, that was a thing that happened! it was just weird as shit and not something we wanted to be involved with lmao
