I have an unidentified heart condition ahere my heart starts to beat really hard and eratically at random times for, usually, not much reason. It makes it hard to breathe, think, stand ect. And sometimes i even pass out, though usually thats after it has subsided a bit. Its acting up more recently and it gives me anxiety but i cant get it diagnosed. Plus i will soon be without health insurance which also sucks. It really freaks me out and im constantly upset cause like. My hearts totally fucked

Hey there. I can't even imagine the kind of stress you're going through. Please remember that no matter what, you're a strong human. Even with medical conditions, you are still a strong human.

I'm not sure where you live, but have you considered looking into government insurance or something like that? There's no shame in getting extra help.

And take care of yourself. When you feel like you're getting anxious, distract your mind. Remember that your heart is important and deserves your love, too, even if it does act up.
