I really like names that begin with "Em", but my middle name begins with "El", my middle siblings' with "Em", and my youngest sister's with "En". Do you know of any way to still go with the "Em" spelling/sound (like Emilia/Amelia) for myself but be able to compromise since I feel guilty abandoning the "El" part?
