College friends au during season one
The au is just Lloyd 99% of the time following MK like a little duckling around the city.
Sometimes Lloyd’s human looking the next he’s just scrunkly little Oni cub with baby Dragon wings he’s just grown in.
Also the Demon Bull Clan is just heavily invested in capturing Lloyd because they think Pigsy and Tang aren’t proper parents for a Demon Child.
It also might be due to DBK’s subconscious desire to have more kids with PIF and those cow instincts to grow the herd out.
Lloyd doesn’t take kindly to these attempts because he has Parents who try their best given the circumstances and his God Parents are awesome guardians/uncles.
His cousins MK and Mei are awesome and so is grunkle Sandy.
They put up with the mini power surges he causes and they’re never mad when he melts the silverware on accident.
Also he loves the cheese tea breaks his cousin takes him on and the arcade too.
He loves every part of his patchwork family. That the little family tree project he made in first grade has them on there.
Also Lloyd being capable of lifting Wukong’s staff too but in his own words “I mean it’s cool and all. But I much prefer the Kanabō my father sent to me. Besides my Kanabō can turn into a baseball bat. Way more useful.”
Said Kanabō may have some of Garmadon’s first shed Oni horn as part of its construction.
The horn as a result of its inherent magic can change its shape super easily into any weapon the wielder can think of due to Oni being a race of shapeshifters.
Oni often give those first shed horn(s) to those they intend to mate and their children as protection.
Misako has the other half of Garmadon’s first shed horn and the horn seems to have settled on being a rather large semi spiky shield.
Said shield is great for bashing in idiots brains and whatever heebie jeebies get mad at her for trying to preserve and study their remains and or artifacts.
But it’s mostly settled on being a pin on her scarf when not bashing brains in.
