hello mod garon and/or arc, how do i get carpet beetles to stop manifesting in my bedroom?

You should have visited the eastern house first in chapter 13, then you should have promoted your cavalier into paladin early at level 12 so you could reach the speed threshold to double the carpet beetle captain with a steel lance to kill it in two hits before it retreats on turn 8. Because you are a fucking idiot, you'll have to play the chapter 16x-b route instead, and find the source of the them, recruit the bug exterminator who shows up on turn 15 on the south side of the map near the forest tile, so he can activate the dragon vein, and exterminate the main nest so you can stop reinforcement spawns to successfully rout the map, you filthy casual.
