He couldn’t have children, he has always known this. He wasn’t an adeptus born of animals or the elements destined to simply walk the land as any other living creature was to. Event #1: Welcome to the Masquerade

The day is no different from the usual one. You wake up, go through your daily routine. Everything goes off without a hitch. It may be boring, but at least things are predictable. At least, that is until you try to fall asleep.. You might hear footsteps, or a knock at the door, or even the slide of paper and something more solid on the floor,. You rise to investigate the strange sound, but instead of finding a person there, all you see is an envelope and a parcel. Curiosity getting the best of you, you open it to find an invitation and a red envelope:

You're invited!

You have been invited to attend a masquerade held in honor of the birthday of Count Rais. Should you be worried by your busy schedule, worry no more! Count Rais has taken personal measures to ensure that all of your obligations and duties will be covered for the day of the event. He has even helped select a mask that would be perfect for you, along with a little something special to add to whatever you choose to wear for the evening. Free food and drinks will be provided.

All we ask is that you show up with both your mask and your accessory on and visible when you arrive. There will be someone with a matching accessory to you when you arrive. You'll find this person and share the first dance with them. Failure to do so will result in removal from the event.

RSVP by leaving the red envelope with the word "yes" and your full name written on the outside right where you found this invitation and package. Don't worry: we will be able to collect it. We look forward to seeing you soon.

Skies of Teyvat is hosting our first event, a masquerade ball! A goo.gle f.orm will be posted to the server for all muns to fill out for their muses they want to attend the event. The form will be due on February 1st at 5pm cst. The event will begin on February 11th. Everyone will be randomly assigned another character to write one thread with, and then they may write with whoever else they wish to.
