“Oh,” Lancelot exclaimed quietly. He stepped around Gwaine and reached for a small cherry wood sculpture of a griffin. He turned it over in his hands, a chuckle rumbling in the back of his throat.

“I have to buy this for Merlin,” he said, lifting the tiny wooden creature up to his face.

“He likes griffins, does he?” Gwaine asked, confused. He’d never heard Merlin express any kind of fondness about them.

“Not particularly, no.” Lancelot chuckled again and moved over to the stallholder, holding the griffin statuette up and pulling out his moneybag.

Lancelot is a sweetheart and likes buying Merlin gifts. 🎁

Sneak Peek of “Beauty” fill for Mini Mercelot Week 2021.

The sight that welcomed him did more to warm him than any fire could ever have managed. Merlin was fast asleep, sprawled across Lancelot’s bed. His jacket and neckerchief were strewn on the floor and Lancelot tripped over his discarded boots as he walked closer to the bed, his eyes too focused on the slumbering figure of his lover to look where he was going.

The moonlight lit up the planes of Merlin’s face, highlighting the soft ridges of his cheekbones, throwing the hollows below them into shadow, and accentuating the pale smoothness of his skin. Lancelot’s breath caught in his throat at the sheer beauty of him, his fingers longing to reach out and trail over the exposed collarbones.

He resisted the urge to go straight to Merlin, instead unbuckling his sword belt and letting it slide from his hips, placing it on the table as quietly as he could. Boots and chainmail followed until he was just in his breeches and thin shirt, shivering a little. He padded across the floor in his sock clad feet.

Come Back To Me, My Love

Chapter 1 - I’d Do Anything To Have Him Back

Merlin will do anything to free Shade Lancelot from Morgana's evil magic and get his beloved knight back. Even if it means poisoning him, tying him to a horse and riding deep into the mountains to seek a higher power in a lake.

“Thank you,” Merlin called over his shoulder to the dragon as he turned to sprint back towards the castle.

He was completely breathless by the time he got up to Gaius’s chambers. But the fact he was still grinning – albeit through the panted breaths – made Gaius’s face light up with hope when Merlin burst into the room.

“I’ve got it…” he puffed, bending over to rest his hands on his knees for a second, before striding across the room to pull a satchel off the hook on the wall.

“Merlin, my lad, slow down. What did the dragon say?”

Merlin continued stuffing provisions and other things he thought he might need for the journey into the satchel, glancing up at Gaius briefly. “The Cauldron of Arianrhod! Kilgharrah says if I can get Lancelot into the waters there, then the White Goddess’s power can free him from Morgana’s hold.”

Hey @thebookluvrr1816 and @camelotsheart, this is random but I just wanted to say that your two gifsets look so good on pc right next to each other in the #minimercelot2021 tag! And they are making me spiral a little! THE PARELLELS between the two scenes you giffed.... 😍😍

I never noticed those two scenes are in the same corridor before! And the flow of the scenes is so similar too, which your gifsets highlight beautifully! - The chaos of the first gif, Merlin’s reactions in the second, Lancelot’s reactions in the third, then a close up of Merlin (doing/talking about magic), then Merlin walking away while Lancelot smiles (and makes heart eyes)!! Ahhhhhhhhhhhh!! 😁

Day 1 - Beauty - Love in the Moonlight

EXPLICIT SMUT FIC - Fingers trailing over his temple, down the bridge of his nose, along the line of his cheekbone. Tracing every one of Merlin’s perfect features. Given the chance, Lancelot would spend every waking hour gazing at the exquisite beauty of his beloved. He knew every line of his face, every shape and shadow.

When Lancelot gets back to his chambers after night patrol, he finds Merlin asleep on his bed, the moonlight bathing him in beauty. A soft tender smut fic.

Happy weekend Mercelot fans! Mod Ligi here 😁 I hope everyone has had a good week, and had lots of lovely thoughts about the upcoming Mini Mercelot Week! Only two weeks left to wait!!
