for whoever: what was it like finding out you were a system?
Oh man, it was kinda trippy to have it hit full force that I was real? Like...I knew I was real, I had fronted before and stuff, but to know how I looked and acted was just beyond a character in a daydream...and actually a separate entity from the others? That was weird, man. -Mod Muse
For me, it was kinda just this moment of “oh”. Because kids even at a young age can tell when they’re different from other kids. And growing up I always knew there was something different about me, something I did the other kids didn’t have to go through. And when I realized I was the host of a system, it all just kinda fell into place. These guys help me tons, though, and I wouldn’t trade them for the world. -Mod Tim
It was really odd, personally. I thought I was this...this two-dimensional concept, just a part of a process to figure everything out. And then the next thing I know Tim’s talking to me, and I’m talking to him, and it’s painfully obvious I’m real but there’s still a lot of self-doubt, and our communication was fuzzy, like we were on an old TV set to each other. And it was...nice to know that I was here and I was more than just a thing people talk about theoretically, but it was also terrifying to deal with what that meant for us. -Mod McGee
