FOUR KIDS??????
I'm sure this isn't a generally popular interpretation as I've seen more people embrace the dog parents angle over anything else.
In all honestly I can't picture Shaphne's happy ending without it including a huge family. It mostly comes from the observation that Shag and Daph have the strongest paternal instincts out of the gang. 13 Ghosts is just an extended version of Adventures in Babysitting let's be real. We also see in A Pup Named that the two of them are usually paired off during episodes with Sugie where they work together to watch her. We know that they make a great team when it comes to taking care of kids so - in my book - Shaphne having kids was a no brainer.
Having a ton of kids was definitely a bit of a leap but I maintain that it makes sense.
A major part of Shag and Daph's characters is that they both have big families and are pretty used to the chaos that comes with it. I know in my post talking about their kids I address that they never really planned on having that many kids but it just kinda happened. But they wouldn't trade that chaos for the world.
Oh, what's this I randomly found while scrolling through Tumblr at 2 in the morning? 👀 How the fuck did I not know about this?

Steve Hilton: "When we think of other risks to children and their health, for example smoking, we actually take action"
And here we go again
Let's just ignore the fact the was prescribed anti-psychotic and anti-depressant medications and that he played Madden almost exclusively
.....but this idiot
"The top neuroscientists now can actually show that extended exposure to these video games, all the overstimulation that comes with the games, the loud noises and the colors and the bangs and all that, it literally rewires your brain and it makes it harder for children who are doing this to control their emotions. That’s exactly what is a factor in these things because what it leads to is overresponding to a slight or to some kind of situation, if you didn’t have this stimulation you could let it go, if you overrespond it leads to conflict and violence in the real world.
I mean, look, when we think of other risks to children and their health, for example smoking, we actually take action and we ban those things for young people, and I think that there's a role for that now.
For things like overuse of smartphones and games, we can step in and say 'This is not supposed to be how kids should be raised,' and we can do something about it."
Didn't they say this about radio and television 70 years ago?
