Apologies for not posting an Easter pt. daily today.

The last day or two I've been away visiting with family for Easter (plus something else), so I haven't really has as much time as I would have on weekends, but such is life.

Anyways, hope everyone who celebrates Easter (whether that's things like going to church, meeting up with family, etc., or just got a bunch of chocolate and called it there) a happy one, but even if you don't hope you enjoyed your long weekend! <3

Hey guys sorry about slow updates. I kind of get irritated when I draw sometime cause I feel like it looks like butt so I've redrawn the next update so many times but i'll get it out as soon as I can! I'm also reaching the end of the school year and it always gives me more anxiety (Also I may or may not have like 2 F's sajkn. Yeah i'm bad to the bone. Hhahaa no, this gives me so much stresshelpme) So i'll try juggling things around as best as I can. Thank you guys so much for 400+ followers. I'm so excited to bring a story to you guys and hopefully improve my art skills. Mainly drawing people lol

The End is Near

Hey guys, it's been a long time and I know you have an idea what I'm going to say.

SSV63 is going to be closing but NOT YET.

I feel that the logs we have in production deserve to be finished.  That will be 31 logs that will come out before we close down for good.

The idea is this.  Next month, we'll open auditions for roles that have been abandoned.  At the moment, the cast list has been cut down to those remaining roles for these final logs.  You are welcome to audition for those free roles.

In the end, these logs will be queued up and set to post consistently from the 2nd year anniversary of SSV63 (March) onwards until they are all up.

I'm letting you guys know what's up and that, from now and in a month, we will be looking for actors to temporarily fill whatever roles we need.

Keep an eye on the cast list.  on the first day of October it's sure to open up.

I feel like I'm not bring accepted in to your "newsies community"

Mod Note: Is this a question for me, or for Jack? If it’s for me, I’ll say this - I answer every question I receive, and follow everyone who follows me. (I think I show up under the name Absinthe Terminus, which is also where I reblog things.) I’ve only been on Tumblr about a month, and wasn’t active in the online Newsies fandom at all until that point. So, even though everyone has been very welcoming to me, I’m definitely a new kid.  

If anyone out there has a particular post they would like Jack to respond to, feel free to PM me with the link. Modern AU stuff will probably go on Absinthe Terminus, since Jack Kelly Stories is fairly canon. But I’m happy to respond to anyone who reaches out to me, on one blog or the other.
