i’m sorry you’ve been busy. i hope this comic isn’t dead i’d love to see more

((hey hey!! aw man, thank you for checking in! it’s definitely not dead! school + depression made it difficult to work on this comic, but i am DETERMINED to finish it! i’ve had the last page almost done for uhh. half a year? whoops. and i’ve sketched out a bunch of thumbnails so i know where i want it to go next. all that’s left is for me to kick myself, which will happen eventually! so for those of y’all who have stuck with this fandom for as long as i have (or have just joined!), i hope to get this comic out fully in the end :)

also, i think i definitely need to rediscover my creativity and not just do things out of obligation (bc let’s be real the internet pressures creators to Post and Get Notes and that stresses me out more than it helps), so i don’t burn out again with this story. :0

Out of curiousity, why do you have Frisk using sign language in the comic? I ask because Frisk does talk in UT, their diolouge just isn't shown.

((shrug, i feel like there’s room for interpretation there, they could still be nonverbal or semi-verbal and the monsters understand sign language! (my personal headcanon is that they learn it alongside spoken language due to the large number of monsters who cannot vocalize) and really, i just don’t see why not to have frisk use sign language, it’s been very fun to draw and i like having a chance to try my hand at a nonverbal character ^^ and as for those times where it seems inevitable they did have to talk… i have a post on that coming up hopefully soon, actually! :) –mod PC))

yep, I’ve started posting the comic to my old deviantart here. new pages will be posted there a week after here, buuut those will be larger versions of the pages if you wanna see some of the details I agonize over for hours :0 so ye, the next page is being worked on slowly and with the holiday season that should turn into a surely as well! :)
