//Heads up, I maaay have broken my phone screen (again), but at least it wasn't from overheating this time! It just fell, the screen which has been slowly losing its grip on the backing tore away completely, and the connection between the screen and phone severed. Fortunately, the phone-side connector and screen-side port are intact, so it's likely just a matter of getting the two to reconnect again. ...Which I will have to take care of later. My formatting may be a bit off while I'm stuck off mobile, haha.

Submissions are now open! Nominate a frog you think is weird or cool, one that lives near you, or even the species of your pet! As long as it's a real, scientifically-accepted species, it can go on the poll.
Submission Guidelines:
Real, irl frogs only please! No fictional species or characters.
Toads are allowed! This bracket is for members of the order Anura, which includes all toads and frogs. The mod will be using frogs as a catchall term throughout the tournament, but unless otherwise specified they mean anurans in general.
Scientific names aren't necessary, but appreciated for the sake of preventing confusion between species with the same common name.
Similarly, the "about the species" section isn't required but is nice to have! The mod will be doing their own research in order to write a little blurb about each species included in the bracket regardless.
Submit as many species as you'd like! Please only submit each individual species once, though.

I'm not sure how much engagement this will get, so as of now the submission form has no specific closing date. There will be at least 24 hours' notice before it closes. The mod is also willing to fill out the poll with some of their own personal favourites if necessary!
I have a lot of asks about the relationship and about reanalyzing their public appearances. I understand why these questions are coming - I have a lot of those questions too.
But I’ve said that I wouldn’t talk about their relationship if I thought it was real, and I want to stand by that. It was one thing when it seemed so fake and so public, but with the latest confirmation calling her his “girlfriend”, I don’t feel it’s my place to comment on a relationship that I am not a part of when I don’t even know the two personally.
It’s very hard not to discuss when I do have a lot of thoughts. I know I’ve grayed some lines too, but I’m trying to refrain.
I am happy to talk about Chris specifically, discuss the facts as they are presented, question the timeline, and help anyone process their feelings. 💜
Beast Drive is a Bloody Roar fanspace for creative contributors and casual appreciators of the series alike, welcoming discussion of existing characters and story as well as sharing various fanworks. Beast Drive only accepts images that you have made yourself or that you have express permission from the creator to let me host. This is to ensure there is no accidental theft or misattributed credit. If there are any images posted in error, please let me know and I will remove them immediately!
Please also be respectful of non-English speaking artists. Many of them do not want their artwork hosted externally, even when given proper credit. Let's respect their wishes.

I'd really like to use this space as a sort of community hub to spotlight other Bloody Roar creatives! Some things I've considered implementing are art and writing challenges through weekly or monthly prompts to inspire thought about the series.

Do you have any rules about selfshipping with your characters?
Kinda? Im fine with most self shipping, but ask that you dont self ship with Sid, Levi, and Akat without my permission. theyre my own personal comfort characters and I dont like to share them with just anyone.
The rest are fair game, but keep in mind a handful of them are legit problematic and shouldn't be seriously self shipped with in good conscious (like lysus, eval, or razi)
