had to bike into the wind through the woods to the doctors today and pick up an new prescription and schedule more tests during my first week of semester 2 but!!
i finished my me plane today!!
Alright, so, I got 3 model kits from an auction. After looking at them and checking the contents, I realize one of them has a trademark from 1998. Which is... well, not that uncommon in the second-hand market. An Airfix kit, 1:44 scale plane.
But then there's this Revell kit, and looking around I see it first came out in 1988 - and the thing that first struck me was how damned yellowed the paper was.
And I see in the contest mentioning safety laws that it meets anno 1989. I think this kit is almost as old as I am.
Its May! I promise ill get her assembled soon, I just have another project im working on and I need to figure out how to build her since she didnt come with instructions :/
SHES DONE!!! She uhh came with a missing part for her foundation but my dad’s making one so it’s fine! Her wings move <3 UGH SHES SO HOT
